Fault with the CVT gearbox. Contact a PEUGEOT dealer or

The temperature of the four wheel
drive transmission system is toohigh. Stop the vehicle and contact
a PEUGEOT dealer or a qualified workshop. The vehicle chan

e fuel level is low. Refuel as soon as possible.

f the particleemissions filter additive reservoir has been reached.
Have the reser voir topped up as
soon as possible by a PEUGEOT

Avoid prolonged contact of used oil or fluids with the skin.
Most of these fluids are harmful to
health or indeed very corrosive.

Do not discard used oil or fluids into sewers or onto the ground.
Take used oil to a PEUGEOT dealer or a qualified workshop (France) or to anauthorised waste disposal site.

this fluid must not be topped up with or
replaced with plain water.

In the case of vehicles fitted withheadlamp washers, the low fluid levelis indicated by an audible signal anda message in the instrument panelscreen.
Top up the reser voir when you next stop the
vehicle.

Particle emissions filter (Diesel)

The star t of saturation of the particle filter is
indicated by the temporary illumination of this
warning lamp accompanied by a message in
the instrument panel screen.
As soon as the traffic conditions permit,regenerate the filter by driving at a speed of at least 25 mph (40 km/h) for about 20 minutes (with the 1.6 litre HDiengine the minimum speed is 36 mph(60 km/h)). If the warning lamp stays on, this indicates a low additive level.
On a new vehicle, the first particle filter regeneration operations may be accompanied by a "burning" smell, which is perfectly normal.Following prolonged operation of the vehicle at very low speed or at idle,
you may, in exceptional circumstances,notice the emission of water vapour at the exhaust on acceleration. This doesnot affect the behaviour of the vehicle or the environment.
