ignition is switched on , if
a f r o n t o c c u p a n t h a s n o t f a s t e n e d h i s
s e a t b e l t a n d i f t h e v e h i c l e s p e e d i s be-
low 12 mph (20 km/h) , y o u a r e w a r n e d
by the seat belt warning light w h i c h
comes on.
T h e w a r n i n g l i g h t s w i t c h e s o f f w h e n t h e
seat belt(s) concerned is(are) fastened.
I f t h e v e h i c l e s p e e d i s above 12 mph
(20 km/h) , y o u a r e w a r n e d b y t h e seat
belt warning light w h i c h fl a s h e s , a n
audible signal and a message on the
m u l t i f u n c t i o n d i s p l a y l o c a t i n g t h e s e a t
belt(s) left unfastened.
