"Rear screen open" warning
When the engine is running
, if the
rear screen is not fully closed, you are
w a r n e d b y a m e s s a g e o n t h e m u l t i -
f u n c t i o n d i s p l a y .
When the vehicle is moving ( s p e e d
g r e a t e r t h a n 6 m p h ( 1 0 k m / h ) ) , i f t h e
rear screen is not fully closed, you are
w a r n e d b y a n a u d i b l e s i g n a l , a m e s -
s a g e o n t h e m u l t i f u n c t i o n d i s p l a y a n d
l i g h t i n g o f t h e s e r v i c e w a r n i n g l i g h t . Tailgate release
This enables the tailgate to be un-
l o c k e d i n t h e e v e n t o f a c e n t r a l l o c k i n g
fault.
- Fold back the rear seats to gain
access to the lock from inside the
boot,
- I n s e r t a s m a l l s c r e w d r i v e r i n t o h o l e
A of the lock to unlock the tailgate.

High load retaining net
The high load retaining net can be
u s e d b e h i n d t h e f r o n t s e a t s ( r o w 1 ) o r
b e h i n d t h e r e a r b e n c h s e a t ( r o w 2 ) .
T o i n s t a l l i t :
fold the rear seat backs,
p o s i t i o n t h e h i g h l o a d r e t a i n i n g n e t
r o l l e r a b o v e t h e t w o r a i l s 5 located
b e h i n d t h e r e a r s e a t s ( 2 / 3 b e n c h
s e a t ) . T h e t w o n o t c h e s 6 must be
p l a c e d a b o v e t h e t w o r a i l s ,
s l i d e t h e t w o r a i l s 5 in the notches 6 ,
p u s h t h e r o l l e r ( i n t h e d i r e c t i o n o f
the length) from right to left to se-
cure it,
p u t t h e r e a r s e a t b a c k s b a c k i n p l a c e .
To use it in row 1 :
fold the rear seat backs,
o p e n t h e c o v e r s 7 of the corre-
s p o n d i n g u p p e r fi x i n g s ,
unroll the high load retaining net
a n d p o s i t i o n o n e e n d o f t h e m e t a l
b a r i n t h e c o r r e s p o n d i n g fi x i n g c o v -
er. Ensure that the hook is seated
correctly in the rail located inside
t h e c o v e r 7 ,
p u l l t h e m e t a l b a r o n t h e h i g h l o a d
r e t a i n i n g n e t t o p o s i t i o n t h e o t h e r
h o o k i n t h e s e c o n d fi x i n g c o v e r .
Note: if it is used behind the
front seats, the rear seat backs
and cushions must be folded
(see section on rear seats).
