To raise or lower the head restraint,
p u l l i t f o r w a r d s t h e n s l i d e i t .
To tilt the head restraint, tilt the lower
p a r t f o r w a r d s o r b a c k w a r d s .
To remove the head restraint, move it
a l m o s t t o t h e h i g h e s t p o s i t i o n , l i f t t h e
t a b u s i n g a c o i n a n d p u l l i t f o r w a r d s
a n d u p w a r d s a t t h e s a m e t i m e .
T o r e fi t t h e h e a d r e s t r a i n t , e n g a g e t h e
s t a l k s i n t h e h o l e s k e e p i n g i n l i n e w i t h
