With the engine running, turn the knob.

Access to the rear seats
I f n e c e s s a r y , d e t a c h t h e s e a t b e l t f r o m
t h e h a n d l e a n d p o s i t i o n i t a l o n g t h e
d o o r p i l l a r .
Pull the handle
A u p w a r d s a n d f o r -
wards to fold the seat back, then move
t h e s e a t f o r w a r d p u s h i n g t h e s e a t
back.
T h e d r i v e r h a s a c o u r t e s y h a n d l e B
t o e n a b l e h i m t o m o v e t h e p a s s e n g e r
seat from his seat.
W h e n i t i s p u t b a c k i n p l a c e , t h e s e a t
r e t u r n s t o i t s i n i t i a l p o s i t i o n . N o p e r s o n o r o b j e c t m u s t
p r e v e n t t h e s e a t f r o m r e t u r n i n g
to its initial
longitudinal and
angle p o s i t i o n .
D e p e n d i n g o n y o u r s e a t ’ s s e t t i n g s , i t
i s p o s s i b l e t h a t t h e a c c e s s t o t h e r e a r
s e a t s m a n o e u v r e m a y b e l i m i t e d . I n
this case, the seat settings must be
a l t e r e d fi r s t .
T h e s e a t m u s t r e t u r n t o t h i s p o s i t i o n
for correct locking of the seat back.
Ensure that the seat back returns to its
p o s i t i o n c o r r e c t l y a n d n e v e r d r i v e w i t h
t h e s e a t b a c k d i s e n g a g e d ( f r e e o f a n y
m o v e m e n t ) .
I f t h e s e a t b a c k j a m s o n r e p o s i t i o n i n g ,
o p e r a t e t h e h a n d l e A again to release
i t a n d r e t u r n i t t o i t s i n i t i a l p o s i t i o n .

REAR SEATS
To fold down the rear left seat or the
r e a r r i g h t s e a t , a l w a y s s t a r t w i t h t h e
seat, never with the seat back (risk of
d a m a g e ) :
m o v e t h e f r o n t s e a t ( s ) f o r w a r d i f
n e c e s s a r y ,
p l a c e t h e h e a d r e s t r a i n t s i n t h e l o w
p o s i t i o n o r r e m o v e t h e m i f n e c e s -
s a r y ,
C h e c k t h a t t h e s e a t b e l t s t r a p i s p o s i t i o n e d c o r r e c t l y a t t h e s i d e o f
the seat back,
r e l e a s e t h e f r o n t o f t h e s e a t c u s h -
ion 1 b y p a s s i n g y o u r h a n d s u n d e r -
neath and lifting at each end A ,
lift the front of the seat cushion 1 ,
tilt the seat cushion 1 against the
f r o n t s e a t ( s ) ,
p u l l c o n t r o l 3 forwards to unlock
the seat back 2 ,
fold down the seat back 2 ( l e f t 1 / 3
o r r i g h t 2 / 3 ) .
Note: t h e o n e - p i e c e s e a t c u s h i o n 1
can be removed with care to increase
t h e v o l u m e o f t h e l o a d s p a c e .
S q u e e z e t h e s e a t c u s h i o n fi x i n g s t o
detach them from their fastenings.
W h e n r e p o s i t i o n i n g :
f o l d u p t h e s e a t b a c k 2 and lock it
(the red marker of control 3 should
n o l o n g e r b e v i s i b l e ) ,
f o l d u p t h e s e a t 1 ,
r e fi t t h e h e a d r e s t r a i n t s i f t h e y w e r e
removed. to the boot via the rear seats
Your vehicle’s boot can be isolated
f r o m t h e p a s s e n g e r c o m p a r t m e n t .
The red indicator on the control 3
should no longer be visible. If it is,
p u s h t h e s e a t f u l l y .
I n s e r t t h e i g n i t i o n k e y i n t h e l o c k 4 .
Transporting long objects
In exceptional circumstances , a rear
seat back can be folded without folding
the seat cushion 1 i n o r d e r t o t r a n s p o r t
long, light objects (risk of damage to
t h e s e a t c u s h i o n ) .
W h e n p u t t i n g t h e s e a t b a c k s
and the seat cushion back in
p l a c e , e n s u r e t h a t t h e y a r e
s e c u r e d c o r r e c t l y t o g u a r a n -
t e e y o u r s a f e t y a n d t a k e c a r e n o t t o
t r a p t h e s e a t b e l t s . W h e n t r a n s p o r t i n g l o n g o b -
j e c t s , d o n o t p l a c e a l o a d
weighing more than 30 kg on
the rear of the seat back.
D o n o t p l a c e b l u n t o b j e c t s o n t h e r e a r o f
the seat back as this could damage it.

MANUAL LOCKING (EMERGENCY MODE)
A u t o m a t i c c e n t r a l l o c k i n g o f t h e
doors
The doors and boot can lock automati-
cally while driving (speed above 6 mph
[10 km/h]).
You can activate or deactivate this
function by pressing and holding the
button.
BOOT
To open the boot, press the push but-
ton and raise the tailgate.
Tailgate release
This enables the tailgate to be un-
locked in the event of a central locking
fault.
- Fold back the rear seats to gain access to the lock from inside the
boot,
- Insert a small screwdriver into hole
A of the lock to unlock the tailgate.
Note: driving with the doors
locked may make access to the
passenger compartment by the
e m e r g e n c y s e r v i c e s m o r e d i f fi -
cult in an emergency.
If the permanent locking of the
boot is activated, opening is
only possible by pressing the
remote control button.
Passenger door
To lock, insert the key in the control
located on the edge of the door then
push to the left.
Driver’s door
Insert the key in the lock to lock or un-
lock the door.
