PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Using the kit
This procedure, comprising several
steps, must be carried out in full.
ļ Switch off the ignition.
ļ Turn the selector A to the "SEALANT"
position.
ļ
Check that the switch B is in position "0" .
ļ Connect the white pipe C to the
valve of the tyre to be repaired.
ļ Connect the compressor's electric
plug to the vehicle's 12 V socket.
ļ A f ļ¬ x t h e s p e e d l i m i t a t i o n s t i c k e r
to the vehicle's steering wheel to
remind you that a wheel is in tem-
porary use.
ļ Start the vehicle and leave the en-
gine running. This repair kit is available from
PEUGEOT dealers.
It is designed to repair most punc-
tures which could affect the tyre,
located on the tyre tread or shoulder.
Avoid removing any foreign bodies
which have penetrated the tyre.

reduced speed (between 15 and
35 mph [20 and 60 km/h]), to plug
the puncture.
ļ Stop to check the repair and the tyre
pressure using the kit.
ļ
Turn the selector A to the AIR position.
ļ Connect the black pipe D to the
valve of the wheel.
ļ Switch on the compressor by moving
the switch B to position "1" until the
tyre pressure reaches 2.0 bars.
ļ Remove the kit, taking care to avoid
staining your vehicle with traces of
ļ¬ u i d . K e e p t h e k i t t o h a n d . If after around 5 to 7 minutes
the pressure is not attained,
this indicates that the tyre is
not repairable; contact a PEUGEOT
dealer for assistance.
Checking tyre pressures/

Y o u c a n u s e t h i s k i t t o i n ļ¬ a t e
other accessories such as a ball or
bicycle tyres.
To do this, turn the selector to the
" I n ļ¬ a t i o n ( A I R ) " p o s i t i o n , c o n n e c t t h e
black pipe with the appropriate adap-
t o r t o t h e a c c e s s o r y t o b e i n ļ¬ a t e d ,
then follow the rest of the procedure
below as far as removal of the kit.
You can also use this kit for routine
checking and adjustment of the tyre
pressures on your vehicle. For this,
carry out just the following 6 points.

Other accessories Wheel with trim
When removing the wheel ,
d e t a c h t h e t r i m ļ¬ r s t u s i n g t h e
wheelbrace 1 pulling at the valve
passage hole.
W h e n r e ļ¬ t t i n g t h e w h e e l , r e ļ¬ t t h e
trim starting by placing its notch fac-
ing the valve and press around its
edge with the palm of your hand.

paragraph).
