PAIRING A TELEPHONE o n t h e p a r t o f t h e d r i v e r , t h e o p e r a t i o n s f o r p a i r i n g t h e B l u e t o o t h mobile telephone to the hands-free system of the audio unit must be carried out with the vehicle stationary .
A c t i v a t e t h e t e l e p h o n e ' s B l u e t o o t h function and ensure that it is "shown to a l l " ( t e l e p h o n e c o n fi g u r a t i o n ) .
Press PHONE .
Select the name of the desired peripheral from the list of devices detected then select " Connect " and c o n fi r m .
The system offers to connect the telephone:
- in " Hands-free mode " (telephone o n l y ) ,
- in " Audio " m o d e ( s t r e a m i n g : p l a y i n g m u s i c fi l e s o n t h e t e l e p h o n e ) ,
- or " All " (for selection of both m o d e s ) .
Select " OK " a n d c o n fi r m .
Select " Bluetooth functions " and c o n fi r m .
Select " Peripherals search " and c o n fi r m .
The list of peripherals detected is displayed. Wait until the " Connect " button is available.

SELECTING A STATION
T h e e x t e r n a l e n v i r o n m e n t ( h i l l , b u i l d i n g , t u n n e l , u n d e r g r o u n d c a r p a r k . . . ) m a y i n t e r f e r e w i t h t h e r e c e p t i o n , i n c l u d i n g i n R D S s t a t i o n t r a c k i n g m o d e . This phenomenon is a normal result of the way in which radio waves are transmitted and does not in any way indicate a fault with the audio system.
PRESETTING A STATION
Press one of the buttons on the numerical keypad for 2 seconds to preset the current station.
A n a u d i b l e s i g n a l c o n fi r m s t h a t t h e station has been preset.

I t i s r e c o m m e n d e d t h a t t h e s a m e r e c o r d i n g s t a n d a r d i s a l w a y s u s e d f o r a n i n d i v i d u a l d i s c , w i t h a s l o w a s p e e d a s p o s s i b l e ( 4 x m a x i m u m ) for optimum sound quality.
In the particular case of a multi-session CD, the Joliet standard is recommended.
