Always remove the key from
the ignition when leaving the
vehicle, even for a short time.
In the event of contact when
operating the windows, you must
reverse the movement of the win-
dow. To do this, press the switch con-
cerned.
When the driver operates the passen-
ger window switches, he must ensure
that no one is preventing correct clos-
ing of the window.
The driver must ensure that passen-
gers use the electric windows cor-
rectly.
Be aware of chidren when operating
the windows.DOORS
Opening the doors from outside
Opening the doors from inside Locking/unlocking from the inside
- Using button
A of the centre con-
sole:
this allows the doors, the boot and the fuel filler flap to be locked or
unlocked.
Note: the button A indicator light is lit
when the vehicle is locked.
- Using button B on the door:
• on the front doors this allows the doors, the boot and the fuel filler
flap to be locked or unlocked.
• on the rear doors this allows the door concerned to be locked or the
doors, boot and fuel filler flap to be
unlocked.
Note: buttons A and B and
control C are deactivated if the
vehicle is deadlocked.

Automatic central locking of the
doors
'Door open' alert
With the engine running or when the
vehicle is moving, the door open warn-
ing light comes on accompanied by an
audible signal and/or a diagram indi-
cating the relevant door on the multi-
function display.MOTORISED BOOT
The doors can lock automatically while
driving (speed above 6 mph [10 km/h]).
You can activate or deactivate this
function by pressing button A for more
than 2 seconds.
This is indicated by a message on the
multifunction display. This prevents either of the rear doors
being opened from inside.

Turn the switch a quarter of a turn
using the ignition key.
Opening the boot
Vehicle locked/deadlocked
 Press button A on the remote con-
trol key.
This action will also unlock the doors
and the fuel filler flap.
Note: driving with the doors
locked may make access to
the passenger compartment by
the emergency services more
difficult in an emergency.

Vehicle unlocked
Closing the boot lid
Press the push button
C to start elec-
tric closing of the boot lid.
Note: do not hinder closing of the boot
lid: any obstacle to closing causes the
boot lid to stop and rise a few centime-
tres automatically. 'Boot open' warning
With the engine running or when the
vehicle is moving, the door open warn-
ing light comes on, accompanied by
an audible signal and/or a diagram
indicating the boot on the multi-func-
tion display, if the boot is not properly
closed.
Stopping opening or closing of
the boot lid
While electric opening or closing of the
boot lid is in progress, you can stop its
movement at any time:

press the push-button B or C on
the boot lid.
or
 press button A on the remote con-
trol key.
When it is stopped, the boot lid is held
in an intermediate position electrically
for approximately 10 minutes.
After this time, the system switches to
standby and releases the boot lid.
To leave the intermediate position,
start an electric opening or closing
operation or move the boot lid manu-
ally.

When the function is active, the
boot can only be opened by press-
ing button A on the remote control
key.
This action will only unlock the boot.
 Press button A on the remote con-
trol key or press the push button B
on the boot lid.
When opening or closing
the boot, ensure that no-
one is close to the rear of
the vehicle to avoid the risk
of injury.
To close the boot lid manually, use one
of the two handles inside the boot lid.
If the automatic central lock-
ing is activated, when the
vehicle reaches a speed of
6 mph (10 km/h), the boot is
locked and the push button B is
deactivated. It is reactivated when
stationary by the opening of one of
the doors.

SUNROOF
You have two options:
Manual operation:
 lightly press the switch; the roof
stops as soon as the switch is
released.
Automatic operation:
 press the switch down fully; the
roof opens or closes completely
depending on where the switch is
pressed.
• to partially open the roof: press
part A of the switch. To close it, press
part B of the switch.
• to open the roof completely: press
part B of the switch.
• to close it completely: press part A
of the switch. Safety auto-reverse
(on sliding only)
When the sunroof is closing and
meets an obstacle, it stops then par-
tially opens again.
In the event of unwanted opening of
the sunroof on closing:
- press part
B of the switch until the
sunroof is fully open,
- as soon as the sunroof stops, press part A of the switch until the sunroof
is fully closed.
The safety auto-reverse function is
not operational during this opera-
tion.
Note: the sunroof shutter is manual.
Tailgate release
This enables the tailgate to be unlocked
in the event of a central locking fault.
- Fold back the rear seats to gain
access to the lock from inside the
boot,
- Insert a small screwdriver into hole A
of the lock to unlock the tailgate.

gers use the electric sunroof correctly.
Be aware of children when operating
the sunroof.FILLING WITH FUEL
Low fuel level
When the minimum fuel level
is reached, this warning light
comes on, accompanied by
an audible signal and a mes-
sage on the multi-function
display.
You can can still drive approxi-
mately 30 miles (50 km) without fill-
ing up with fuel. Filling with fuel
Locking and unlocking of the fuel filler
flap, the doors and the boot is simul-
taneous.
The engine and the ignition must
be switched off when filling with
fuel:

Open the fuel filler flap by pressing
the front,
 Unscrew the cap and hook it over
the tab located on the inside of the
flap.
When filling up your tank, do not con-
tinue after the 3rd cut-off of the pump;
this could cause your vehicle to mal-
function.
The capacity of the tank is approxi-
mately 80 litres.
 After filling the tank, screw the cap
on fully and close the fuel filler
flap.
Fuel filler cap open When this light comes on,
accompanied by an audi-
ble signal and/or a message
on the multifunction display,
screw the cap on again and
close the fuel filler flap.

Lights off

Pull the stalk fully towards you.
Lights on
With the ignition and the automatic
lights function switched off, on open-
ing the driver's door a buzzer sounds
to warn you that you have left your
lights on.
Front and rear fog lamps (ring B)
 Turn ring B forwards to switch on
and backwards to switch off. The
position is confirmed by the light on
the instrument panel.
Front fog lamps (one press)
These operate with the side lights,
dipped headlamps or main beam
headlamps. Rear fog lamps (two
presses)
These operate with the side lights and
the front fog lamps, or with the dipped
headlamps. Left:
downwards.
Right: upwards
Direction indicators (flashers)
Note: if you forget to return the
direction indicator to its nor-
mal position, the volume of the
audible signal will increase, if
you are driving at a speed greater than
50 mph (80 km/h).
Parking lights
The parking lights are lit on the side
the traffic is on.
With the engine switched off, place the
indicator lights stalk on the traffic side
(for example: for parking on the right;
switching on of the lights on the left).
This is indicated by an audible sig-
nal and lighting of the corresponding
direction indicator on the instrument
panel.
Automatic "follow-me-home"
lighting
When you leave your vehicle with the
automatic switching on of the lights
activated, the side lights and dipped
headlamps remain on for the duration
selected when the ignition is switched
off.
To deactivate or activate this func-
tion, pass via the multifunction display
" P e r s o n a l i s a t i o n - C o n fi g u r a t i o n "
menu.
