Cooling system
O n l y u s e t h e l u i d r e c o m m e n d e d b y t h e
manufacturer.
Otherwise, you risk seriously damaging
your engine.
When the engine is warm, the
temperature of the coolant is controlled
by the engine fan. As this fan can
operate with the ignition key removed
and because the cooling system is
pressurised, wait for at least one hour
after the engine has stopped before
carrying out any work.
Slacken the cap by 1/4 of a turn to
release the pressure to prevent any
risk of scalding. When the pressure
has dropped, remove the cap and top
up the level with coolant.
I f l u i d h a s t o b e a d d e d f r e q u e n t l y ,
this indicates a failure which must be
checked by a PEUGEOT dealer as
soon as possible.Power steering fluid level
The vehicle must be parked on level
ground with the engine cold. Unscrew
the cap integrated with the gauge and
check the level which must be between
the MIN and MAX marks.
During regeneration of the particle
e m i s s i o n i l t e r , r e l a y n o i s e m a y b e
heard under the fascia.
If the message is still displayed and
the service warning light remains on,
contact a PEUGEOT dealer.
Diesel additive level (Diesel with
particle emission filter) The minimum level of this
additive is indicated by
lighting of the service warning
light, accompanied by an
audible signal and a message
on the display.
When this occurs with the engine running,
this is due to the start of saturation of
t h e p a r t i c l e e m i s s i o n i l t e r ( e x c e p t i o n a l l y
prolonged urban driving conditions: low
s p e e d , l o n g t r a f i c j a m s , . . . ) .
I n o r d e r t o r e g e n e r a t e t h e i l t e r , y o u
are advised to drive at a speed of
more than 40 mph (60 km/h) as soon
a s p o s s i b l e , w h e n t r a f i c c o n d i t i o n s
p e r m i t , f o r a t l e a s t i v e m i n u t e s ( u n t i l
the message disappears and the
service warning light is switched off).
Topping up
The level must be between the MIN
and MAX marks on the expansion
b o t t l e . I f m o r e t h a n 1 l i t r e o f l u i d i s
required to top up the level, have
the system checked by a PEUGEOT
dealer. Windscreen wash and headlamp
wash level
For best quality cleaning and for your
safety, we would advise that you use
products of the PEUGEOT Universal
range.
To avoid ice forming, do not use water.
Topping up
It is imperative that this additive is
topped up by a PEUGEOT dealer
without delay.
Used oil
Avoid prolonged contact of used oil
with the skin.

Do not dispose of used oil, brake
l u i d o r c o o l a n t i n t o d r a i n s o r o n t o
the ground but into the containers
dedicated to this use at PEUGEOT
dealerships.

WARNING: RISK OF
ELECTROCUTION
Xenon bulbs must be changed by a
PEUGEOT dealer.
Handle the bulbs with a dry cloth.
Make access easier on the right-
hand side by removing the wash-wipe
p i p e a n d t h e f u s e b o x c o v e r . 4 - Side lights

- Push the light from the inside towards the outside of the bumper.
- Pull the light forwards.
- Turn the bulb holder a quarter of a turn to the left and remove it.
- Turn the bulb a quarter of a turn to the left, remove it and change it.

towards the outside and move it
towards the inside of the bumper.

corresponding to the faulty bulb
a quarter of a turn to the left and
remove it.
- Disconnect the connector.
- Press the end of the securing clip to free it. Change the bulb.
W h e n i t t i n g t h e n e w b u l b , e n s u r e t h a t
the direction notches are positioned
c o r r e c t l y a n d t h e s e c u r i n g c l i p i s i x e d
properly.
- Reconnect the connector.
- R e i t t h e p r o t e c t i v e c o v e r , t h e n t u r n it a quarter of a turn to the right.

Pull the handle to open the cover and access the fuses.
