"ISOFIX" MOUNTINGS
Your vehicle has been approved in
accordance with the new ISOFIX
regulation.
The mountings comprise three rings for
e a c h s e a t : ISOFIX CHILD SEAT
RECOMMENDED BY AND
APPROVED FOR YOUR VEHICLE
This child seat can also be used on
s e a t s w h i c h a r e n o t fi t t e d w i t h I S O F I X
mountings.
In this case, it must be attached to the
vehicle seat using the three point seat
belt.

- two front rings
A and B , located
between the vehicle seat back and
cushion, - a rear ring
C , located on the back
of the vehicle's seat back, for
securing the upper strap referred to
as the TOP TETHER.
This ISOFIX mounting system
guarantees you fast, reliable and safe
fi t t i n g o f t h e c h i l d s e a t i n y o u r v e h i c l e
on the side seats.
T h e I S O F I X c h i l d s e a t s a r e fi t t e d w i t h
two locks which are secured easily on
the two front rings.
Some also have an upper strap which
is attached to the rear ring C .
To attach this strap, raise the
vehicle seat's head restraint then
pass the hook between its rods.
T h e n fi x t h e h o o k o n t h e r e a r r i n g a n d
tighten the upper strap.

Group 1: from 9 to 18 kg
Installed in the forward facing position.
Fitted with an upper strap to be secured on the ISOFIX upper ring,

OPENING THE BONNET
Bonnet strut
Secure the strut in its location,
i d e n t i fi e d b y a s t i c k e r o n t h e l e f t - h a n d
panel side of the vehicle, to hold the
bonnet open.
Before closing the bonnet, put the strut
b a c k i n i t s c l i p w i t h o u t u s i n g e x c e s s i v e
force.
On the outside
Raise the bonnet slightly by reaching
i n a fl a t h a n d , p a l m d o w n , t o m a k e
access to the lever easier.
With this hand, push the lever to the
left. Raise the bonnet.
On the inside
Pull the lever under the fascia panel
t o w a r d s y o u . T h e b o n n e t i s u n l o c k e d .
To close
Lower the bonnet and release it at the
e n d o f i t s t r a v e l . C h e c k t h a t t h e b o n n e t
i s l o c k e d .
Avoid manoeuvring the bonnet in
strong winds.

Changing a wheel
- L o w e r t h e v e h i c l e c o m p l e t e l y b y folding the jack, then remove the
jack.
- T i g h t e n t h e b o l t s a g a i n u s i n g t h e wheelbrace, tighten them fully
without forcing them.
- P l a c e t h e w h e e l t o b e r e p a i r e d i n the carrier. - Secure the carrier on the hook then
raise the carrier using the bolt and
the wheelbrace.
Never go underneath a vehicle
t h a t i s s u p p o r t e d o n l y b y a
j a c k ( u s e a r a m p ) . N e v e r u s e
a s c r e w d r i v e r i n p l a c e o f t h e
wheelbrace.
5. FITTING THE SPARE WHEEL
- P o s i t i o n t h e w h e e l o n t h e h u b a n d
start tightening the bolts by hand.
- Carry out an initial tightening of the bolts using the wheelbrace.

r e a c h b e h i n d t h e h e a d l a m p u n i t .
C a r r y o u t t h e o p e r a t i o n s i n r e v e r s e
o r d e r t o r e fi t e a c h b u l b a n d c h e c k t h a t
the bonnet is closed securely.
Type C
Halogen bulb: release the
r e t a i n i n g s p r i n g f r o m i t s
housing.
Halogen bulbs must be changed
w i t h t h e h e a d l a m p o f f . W a i t a f e w
minutes (risk of serious burns).
Do not touch the bulb directly with your
fi n g e r s , u s e l i n t - f r e e c l o t h s .
It is normal for condensation to form
i n s i d e t h e h e a d l a m p s . R e g u l a r u s e o f
the vehicle eliminates this misting. T h e b u l b s m u s t b e c h a n g e d w i t h
the ignition off or with the battery
d i s c o n n e c t e d . W a i t a p p r o x i m a t e l y
3 m i n u t e s a f t e r c h a n g i n g t h e b u l b
before reconnecting the battery.
C h e c k t h a t t h e l i g h t s o p e r a t e c o r r e c t l y
a f t e r e a c h o p e r a t i o n .

- R e m o v e t h e t h r e e m u d g u a r d fi x i n g c l i p s , l o c a t e d b e l o w t h e b u m p e r .
- M o v e t h e m u d g u a r d u p w a r d s .
- U n c l i p t h e f o g l a m p b y s q u e e z i n g t h e c l i p t o r e l e a s e i t .
- R e m o v e t h e f o g l a m p f r o m t h e o u t s i d e .
- T u r n t h e y e l l o w c o v e r a 1 / 4 t u r n t o o p e n .
- S e p a r a t e t h e c l i p s w h i c h s e c u r e t h e base of bulb on each side to release the
bulb.
- R e m o v e t h e b u l b b y p u l l i n g , k e e p i n g i t straight.
- I n s e r t t h e n e w b u l b , r e - t i g h t e n t h e c l i p s around the base of the bulb and carry
o u t t h e o p e r a t i o n s i n r e v e r s e o r d e r t o
p u t t h e l i g h t u n i t a n d t h e b u m p e r b a c k i n
p o s i t i o n .
