The audio source or navigation which was
activated before the system was switched
off will be activated again (as long as no
more than 30 minutes have passed since
the last destination guide).
If the key is not in the ignition lock, by
pressing rotary/pressing knob

9, the
system can be activated for approximately
one hour. The set will switch off automati-
cally to protect the vehicle battery. This
process may be repeated as many times
as you wish.
When the equipment is turned off and the
ignition key is removed, a LED will be
flashing indicating that the set’s anti-
theft device is activated.

The radio navigation system offers the
possibility to record traffic announce-
ments for a time period of 2 or 24 hours.
Up to a total of 9 messages with a maxi-
mum duration of four minutes can be
recorded automatically.
While the set is on the TP stations record
traffic announcements even if you have
canceled playback by pressing the FM
key. Only on EON stations is the recording
also canceled.
You can also record announcements while
the set is switched off if the TIM function
is activated.
