* The âENGINE START STOPâ/ignition switch must be âONâ and the brake pedal depressed to shift from Park.
Shift the shift lever to âSâ position from âDâ position.

Downshifting increases power going uphill, or provides engine braking downhill.
For best fuel economy during normal driving conditions, always drive with the shift
lever in the âDâ position.

-Doors lock when shifting from Park.

-Doors unlock when the ignition switch is set from âONâ to âACCâ or âLOCKâ and driverâs door is opened.

-Doors unlock when the âENGINE START STOPâ switch is set to OFF and driverâs door is opened.

The system uses radar sensors to detect vehicles that are traveling in the area
that is not reflected in the outside rearview mirror (the blind spot), and advises
