TheCalifornia AirResources Board(CARB)
and Toyota arepleased toexplain the
emission controlsystem warranty foryour
2011 vehicle. InCalifornia, newmotor
vehicles mustbedesigned, builtand
equipped tomeet thestate’s stringent
anti-smog standards. CARBregulations
require thatToyota mustwarrant the
emission controlsystem onyour vehicle
for the time periods indicated onthe next
page, provided therehasbeen noabuse,
neglect orimproper maintenance ofyour
vehicle.
Your emission controlsystem mayinclude
parts suchasthe fuel injection system,
ignition system, catalytic converter and
engine computer. Alsoincluded maybe
hoses, belts,connectors andother
emissions-related assemblies.
Where awarrantable conditionexists,
Toyota willrepair yourvehicle atno cost
to you, including diagnosis, partsand
