⬛About instrument panel illumination (day illumination and night illumination)
⚫There are 2 types of instrument panel illumination: day illumination and
night illumination, and the illumination changes at the following times.
⦁ Day illumination: when the front po sition lights are turned off
⦁ Night illumination: when the fron t position lights are turned on
⚫Instrument panel lights become dimmer when it switches to night illumina-
tion. However, illumination does not become dimmer when the level for
night illumination is set to the brightest.
⬛When battery terminals are connected/disconnected
Clock data is reset when battery terminals are connected or disconnected.
⬛About automatic correction of time
Automatic correction of time cannot be set if you connect a device other than 9
inch display audio pairab le with smart phones.
⬛About user customization screen
Operations performed on the user
customization screen will result in dis-
playing “FAIL” if changing the settings
is not allowed.

WARNING
⬛Caution while driving
For safety reasons, do not operate the display change button or the clock
adjustment switch while driving. Doing so is dangerous and may lead to an
accident such as incorrect op eration of the steering wheel.
Stop the vehicle to operate it. While drivin g, keep the time that you look at the
display to the minimum necessary.
⬛When changing settings
As the engine needs to be running duri ng setting up the display, ensure that
the vehicle is parked in a place with adeq uate ventilation. In a closed area such
as a garage, exhaust gases including harmful carbon monoxide (CO) may col-
lect and enter the vehicle. This may cau se death or a serious health hazard.
NOTICE
⬛Screen display at low temperatures
When the display screen temperature is extremely low, the display changes
may be delayed. Allow the interior of th e vehicle to warm up before using it.
⬛When changing display settings
Make sure that the engine is running, as otherwise the battery may discharge.
⬛About cruising distance
Even if the value indicated for cruising distance seems sufficient, try to fill the
fuel tank when the fuel gauge nears “E”, or the low fuel level warning light
turns on.

Display contents
TFT color multi-information display sh ows various information on vehicle
and running, or allows you to change the settings.
a Eco driving assist illumination
Color of the illumination changes to green in 3 levels based on drivability regarding
eco-friendliness.
⦁ When power mode is selected, the illumination changes to yellow. ( ➞P. 190)
b Display contents
A variety of information can be di splayed by switching menu icons.
Cautions or advice is displayed according to the driving conditions by pop-up notifi-
cation.
c Menu icons
Switching icons will di splay various contents.
dClock display
Date is indicated while analog clock ( ➞P. 101) is displayed.
e Shift position display✽
Indicates the selected shift position. ( ➞P. 189)
f Tachometer display
The engine speed in revolutions per minute is displayed.

⬛Time and date
Time and date can be set.
Vehicles equipped with 9 inch display audio pairable with smart phones:
ON/OFF for automatic correction of date and time can be set.
a Press / switch to switch menu to
b Press the / switch and select “Time and Date”, and then press
the ENTER switch
c Press / / / switch to select an item you need to set, and
press the ENTER switch
⦁ Each time you press the ENTER switch, “Auto Time ADJ” is switched “ON” or “OFF”.
⦁ When “Auto Time ADJ” is set to “ON”, the date and time adjustment is not availa-
ble.
⦁ For Year/Hour/Minute, after appears, use / switch to set the value,
and press the ENTER switch again.
The clock starts counting from 0 second, which is the reset state of the set time.
⦁ For “12H/24H”, “12H” (12-hour format) and “24H” (24-hour format) will be
switched every time the ENTER switch is pressed.
⦁ Regardless of the “12H/24H” setting, the time is displayed in the 24-hour format
during time adjustment.
⬛Screen selection

⬛“Settings” operation
⚫The operation will be temporarily suspended if any of the following condi-
tions occur during the “Settings” operation.
⦁When warning messages are displayed
⦁ When the vehicle starts driving
⚫If the settings cannot be changed even after performing the operation, the
“Settings Failed” message will appear.
⬛When battery terminals are connected/disconnected
Clock data is reset when battery terminals are connected or disconnected.

⬛About notification screen
⚫Notification screen is displayed once a day.
⚫Birthday, and Anniversary day set to Fe bruary 29 are displayed on March 1,
except the leap year.
