When the shift lever is in a pos ition other than P, the brightness of these
lights will reduce intensity.
■Illuminated entry system (vehi-
cles with smart key system)
The lights automati cally turn on/off
according to the engine switch
mode, the presence of the elec-
tronic key, whether the doors are
locked/unlocked, and whether the
doors are opened/closed.■To prevent the battery from
being discharged
