Opening for the top tether. ISOFIX child seats with “universal” approval
must be secured with an upper strap (
top
tether) in addition to the ISOFIX anchor
points.
Only secure the strap to the top tether an-
chor rings provided for this purpose. Anchor
rings for use with the top tether are marked
by a symbol and sometimes also with “TOP
TETHER”.
