Fuel gauge
The fuel gauge indicates the amount of fuel in the
fuel tank. The display segments of the fuel gauge
disappear towards “E” (Empty) as the fuel level de-
creases. When the “E” segment disappears and
the fuel level warning indicator flashes, set the fuel
cock to reserve and refuel as soon as possible.

while riding, turn the lever to this position.

turn the fuel cock lever to the “ON” position.

Starting a cold engine requires a richer air-fuel
mixture. A separate starter circuit supplies this
mixture.
