FUEL COCK
The fuel cock supplies fuel from the tank to
carburetor while filtering the fuel. The fuel cock
has the three positions:
OFF: With the lever in this position, fuel will
not flow. Always return the lever to this
position when the engine is not running.
ON: With the lever in this position, fuel flows
to the carburetor. Normal riding is done
with the lever in this position.
RES: This indicates reserve. If you run out of
fuel while riding, move the lever to this
position. FILL THE TANK AT THE
FIRST OPPORTUNITY. BE SURE TO
SET THE LEVER TO “ON” AFTER
REFUELING.

STARTER KNOB (CHOKE)
When cold, the engine requires a richer air-fuel
mixture for starting. A separate starter circuit,
which is controlled by the starter knob 1, sup-
plies this mixture. Pull the starter knob out to
open the circuit for starting. When the engine
has warmed up, push it in to close the circuit.
FUEL TANK CAP
Remove the fuel tank cap 1 by turning coun-
terclockwise.
WARNING
Do not overfill the fuel tank. Avoid spilling
fuel on the hot engine.

SIDESTAND
This sidestand 1 is used to support only the
machine when standing or transporting it.
WARNING
Never apply additional force to the side-
stand.
Hold up the sidestand before starting out.

ARMATUREN UND DEREN FUNKTION
KRAFTSTOFFHAHN
Der Kraftstoffhahn leitet den Kraftstoff vom
Tank zum Vergaser und filtert ihn gleichzeitig.
Die einzelnen Kraftstoffhahnstellungen (vgl.
Abb.) sind nachfolgend beschrieben:
OFF: Der Kraftstoffhahn ist geschlossen und
die Kraftstoffzufuhr unterbrochen. Den
Kraftstoffhahn nach Abstellen des Mo-
tors auf “OFF” stellen.
ON: Diese Stellung ist für den Normalbetrieb:
der laufende Motor wird mit Kraftstoff
versorgt. Den Kraftstoffhahn vor Fahrt-
antritt auf “ON” stellen.
RES: Dies ist die Reservestellung. Falls beim
Fahren der Kraftstoff ausgeht, muß der
Hebel in diese Position gestellt werden.
In diesem Fall so bald wie möglich auf-
tanken. Der Hebel muß nach dem Auf-
tanken wieder in die Position “ON” ge-
stellt werden.
CHOKEHEBEL
Ein kalter Motor benötigt zum Starten ein fette-
res Luft-Kraftstoff-Gemisch, das eine spezielle
Kaltstarteinrichtung, der sog. Choke, liefert.
Zum Aktivieren des Chokes (Kaltstartanreiche-
rung des Gemischs) den Chokehebel 1 bis
zum Anschlag herausziehen. Zum Abschalten
des Chokemechanismus (normaler Fahrbe-
trieb mit warmem Motor) den Hebel bis zum
Anschlag zurückschieben.
TANKVERSCHLUSS
Den Tankverschluß 1 zum Öffnen im Gegen-
uhrzeigersinn drehen.
WARNUNG
Den Tank niemals überfüllen. Unter keinen
Umständen Kraftstoff auf den heißen Motor
verschütten.
SEITENSTÄNDER
Der Seitenständer 1 ist nur zum Tragen des
Maschinengewichts beim Abstellen oder
Transportieren der Maschine ausgelegt.
WARNUNG
Niemals den Seitenständer mit zusätzli-
chem Gewicht belasten.
Vor dem Losfahren sicherstellen, daß der
Seitenständer hochgeklappt ist. ROBINET DE CARBURANT
Le robinet de carburant fournit le carburant du
réservoir au carburateur, tout en le filtrant. Le robi-
net de carburant a trois positions:
OFF:À cette position, le flux de carburant est
coupé. Toujours placer la manette à cette
position après avoir coupé le moteur.
ON:À cette position, le carburant coule au car-
burateur. Pour rouler, la manette doit se
trouver à cette position.
RES: Position réserve. Quand le carburant vient à
manquer au cours d’une randonnée, placer
le levier à cette position. FAIRE LE PLEIN
DÈS QUE POSSIBLE. REMETTRE LE
LEVIER SUR “ON” APRÈS AVOIR FAIT
LE PLEIN.
BOUTON DE STARTER
La mise en marche à froid requiert un mélange air -
carburant plus riche. C’est le circuit de starter,
commandé par le bouton de starter 1 qui fournit ce
mélange plus riche. Tirer le bouton de starter afin
d’ouvrir le circuit pour la mise en marche. Une fois
le moteur chaud, l’enfoncer afin de refermer le cir-
cuit.
BOUCHON DE RÉSERVOIR DE
CARBURANT
Retirer le bouchon de réservoir de carburant 1 en
le tournant dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une
montre.
AVERTISSEMENT
Ne pas trop remplir le réservoir de carburant. Évi-
ter de renverser du carburant sur le moteur chaud.
BÉQUILLE LATÉRALE
Cette béquille latérale 1 est conçue exlusivement
pour ce véhicule afin de le maintenir droit (ex. lors
de son transport).
AVERTISSEMENT
Ne jamais soumettre la béquille latérale à un
poids supérieur à ce véhicule.
Relever la béquille latérale avant de démarrer.

diese links vom Chassis verlegen.
‰Die CDI-Magnetzünderleitung und Starterrelais-
Leitung befestigen.
ÏDen Kabelbaum befestigen.
ÌDie Gleichrichter/Regulierer-Leitung zwischen
Rahmen und Luftfiltergehäuse verlegen.
ÓNicht erlauben, die CDI-Magnetzünderleitung
durchhängen zu lassen, ausgenommen zwi-
schen den beiden Plastiksperrbändern.
ÈDie CDI-Magnetzünderleitung über dem Motor-
bügel (hinten) befestigen.
ÔDie CDI-Magnetzünderleitung befestigen.
Die Lüftungsschläuche zwischen Motor und
Schwinge verlegen.
ÒDie Leerlaufschalterleitung in die Rille im Kurbel-
gehäusedeckel setzen.
˜Die Starterkreis-Unterbrecherrelaisleitung unter
dem Rahmen und rechts vom Chassis verlegen.
ˆDen hinteren Stoßdämpfer-Baugruppe Neben-
tank befestigen. (nur TT-R125LWE)
ØDie CDI-Einheit-Leitung an der Außenseite der
Hauptschalterleitung, Motorstoppschalterleitung,
Kupplungsschalterleitung und Startschalterlei-
tung verlegen.
∏Nach dem Befestigen der Startschalterleitung,
Kupplungsschalterleitung, Motorstoppschalter-
leitung und Hauptschalterleitung ihr Wellflamm-
rohr gegen den CDI-Einheit-Stecker drücken.
ŒDen Bremsschlauch zwischen den Farbmarkie-
rungen befestigen.
ÂDen Bremsschlauch (Bremsseilzug für die TT-
R125E) durch die Seilzugführung führen.
ÍDas CDI-Einheit-Band bis zum Anschlag über
den CDI-Einheit-Bügel setzen.
ÊDen Bremsseilzug befestigen. ÎAprès avoir attaché le fil de relais de démarreur, faire
passer le fil à la gauche du châssis.
‰Attacher le fil de magnéto CDI et le fil de relais de
démarreur.
ÏAttacher le faisceau de fils.
ÌFaire passer le fil de redresseur/régulateur entre le
cadre et le carter de filtre à air.
ÓNe pas laisser le fil de magnéto CDI détendu sauf
entre les deux attaches en plastique.
ÈAttacher le fil de magnéto CDI sur le support de
moteur (arrière).
ÔAttacher le fil de magnéto CDI.
Faire passer les flexibles de canal de ventilation entre
le moteur et le bras oscillant.
ÒInsérer le fil de commutateur de point mort dans la
rainure dans le couvercle de carter.
˜Faire passer le fil de relais de coupe-circuit de démar-
rage sous le cadre et à la droite du châssis.
ˆAttacher le réservoir auxiliaire de l’amortisseur
arrière (TT-R125LWE seulement)
ØFaire passer le fil du bloc CDI sur l’extérieur du fil de
commutateur principal, le fil de coupe-circuit du
moteur, le fil du commutateur d’embrayage et le fil
du commutateur de démarrage.
∏Après avoir attaché le fil du commutateur de démar-
rage, le fil du commutateur d’embrayage, le fil de
coupe-circuit du moteur et le fil du commutateur
principal, pousser leur tube en métal plissé contre le
raccord du bloc CDI.
ŒAttacher le flexible de frein entre les deux repères
peints.
ÂFaire passer le flexible de frein (câble de frein pour le
TT-R125E) par le guide de câble.
ÍInsérer le bandeau du bloc CDI sur le support du bloc
CDI jusqu’à ce qu’il s’arrête.
ÊAttacher le câble de frein.
