CHASFRONT BRAKE AND REAR BRAKE
Brake fluid
1. Fill:
Brake fluid
Until the fluid level reaches
“LOWER” level line

WARNING
Use only the designated quality
brake fluid:
otherwise, the rubber seals may
deteriorate, causing leakage and
poor brake performance.
Refill with the same type of
brake fluid;
mixing fluids may result in a
harmful chemical reaction and
lead to poor performance.
Be careful that water does not
enter the master cylinder when
refilling. Water will significantly
lower the boiling point of the
fluid and may result in vapor
lock.
CAUTION:
Brake fluid may erode painted sur-
faces or plastic parts. Always
clean up spilled fluid immediately.

Jusqu’à ce que le liquide atteigne
le niveau “LOWER” a.
AVERTISSEMENT
La qualité du liquide de frein utilisé
doit être conforme aux normes spé-
cifiées, sinon les joints en caout-
chouc risquent de se détériorer, ce
qui causera des fuites et un mauvais
fonctionnement du frein.
Toujours utiliser la même marque
de liquide de frein. Le mélange de
liquides de marques différentes ris-
que de provoquer une réaction chi-
mique nuisible au fonctionnement
du frein.
Lorsqu’on ajoute du liquide, faire
attention de ne pas laisser pénétrer
de l’eau dans le maître-cylindre.
L’eau risque d’abaisser fortement le
point d’ébullition et de provoquer
un bouchon de vapeur.
ATTENTION:
Le liquide de frein attaque les surfaces
peintes et le plastique. Si on en ren-
verse, il faut l’essuyer immédiatement.

Lors de l’installation du support de flexi-
ble de frein, aligner le haut a du collet
de flexible de frein et le bas du support
de flexible de frein b. Faire passer
ensuite le flexible de frein 5 devant la
noix d’arbre c et l’insérer dans la rai-
nure de flexible d de sorte que le flexi-
ble de frein ne touche pas l’écrou (arbre
de roue).

7. Régler:
Force d’amortissement de détente
N.B.:
Tourner en serrant à la main le dispositif
de réglage de la force d’amortissement

Keep the brake master cylinder
cap side horizontal to prevent
air from coming in.

NOTE:Blow in air between the handlebar or
tube guide and the grip. Then remove
the grip which has become loose.

Do not attempt to straighten a
bent handlebar as this may dan-

ATTENTION:
Ne pas laisser pendre le maître-
cylindre de frein sur la durit de
frein.
Maintenir le côté du couvercle de
maître-cylindre de frein à l’horizon-
tale pour empêcher toute pénétra-
tion d’air.
Poignée
1. Déposer:
Poignée 1
N.B.:
Souffler de l’air entre le guidon ou le
guide de tube et la poignée. Enlever
ensuite la poignée quand elle a du jeu.
CONTROLE
Guidon
1. Contrôler:
Guidon 1
Déformée/craquelures/endomma-
gement → Remplacer.
AVERTISSEMENT
Ne pas tenter de redresser un guidon
déformé, car cela l’affaiblirait dange-
reusement.
REMONTAGE ET MONTAGE

N.B.:
Le demi-palier supérieur de guidon
doit être monté avec son poinçon a à
l’avant.

les boulons du côté arrière.

Le commutateur de démarrage et le

cylindre doivent être installés d’après
les dimensions indiquées.
Reposer la support pour que la flèche
a soit dirigée vers le haut.
Serrer d’abord le boulon sur le côté
supérieur du demi-palier de maître-
cylindre de frein, puis serrer le boulon
sur le côté inférieur.
