BATTERY REPLACEMENT
1. Replace:
Battery
CAUTION:
This battery is for YAMAHA
WR250F.
After filling the battery with elec-
trolyte, either charge it for at least
3 hours at the amperage specified
on the battery or let it sit for at
least 15 hours before using it.
EAS00181 FUSE INSPECTION
CAUTION:
To avoid a short circuit, always set
the main switch to “OFF” when
checking or replacing a fuse.

brosse métallique.
Connexion lâche → Brancher
correctement.
9. Lubrifier:

10. Monter:
Selle
Lubrifiant recommandé:
graisse à savon de
lithium
REMPLACEMENT DE LA
BATTERIE
1. Remplacer:
Batterie
ATTENTION:
Cette batterie est destinée à la
YAMAHA WR250F.
Après avoir rempli la batterie d’élec-
trolyte, la charger pendant au moins 3
heures à l’ampérage spécifié sur la
batterie ou la laisser reposer pendant
au moins 15 heures avant de l’utiliser.
CONTROLE DES FUSIBLES
ATTENTION:
Pour éviter un court-circuit, toujours
placer le contacteur à clé sur “OFF”
avant de contrôler ou de remplacer un
fusible.

WARNING
Support the machine securely so there is nodanger of it falling over. Preparation for removal Hold the machine by placing the suitable
stand under the engine.
Seat, fitting band and side covers Refer to “SEAT, FUEL TANK AND SIDE COVERS”
section in the CHAPTER 4.
Air filter case cover Refer to “AIR FILTER CLEANING” section in the
CHAPTER 3.
Silencer Refer to “EXHAUST PIPE AND SILENCER” section
in the CHAPTER 4.
Drain the coolant. Refer to “COOLANT REPLACEMENT” section in the
CHAPTER 3.
Coolant reservoir breather hose Disconnect at the coolant reservoir side.
Coolant reservoir hose Disconnect at the coolant reservoir side.
Air induction hose (air cut-off valve-air filter
case)Disconnect at the air filter case side.
Cylinder head breather hose Disconnect at the air filter case side.
Battery Refer to “BATTERY INSPECTION AND
CHARGING” section in the CHAPTER 3.
Disconnect the starter relay coupler.
Starter motor lead Disconnect at the starter relay side.
