4. Contrôler:
Repère du PMH du rotor
Aligner avec le repère d’aligne-
ment du carter moteur.
Repères d’alignement de l’arbre à
cames
Aligner avec la surface de la
culasse.
Hors alignement → Régler. La tige étant complètement enrou-
lée et le repère UP a du tendeur
étant orienté vers le haut, monter le
joint 1 et le tendeur de chaîne de
distribution 2 puis serrer le bou-
lon 3 au couple spécifié.

10 Nm
(1,0 m  kg, 7,2 ft  lb)
Retirer le tournevis, contrôler que
la tige du tendeur ressort et serrer
le joint 4 et le boulon-capuchon

N.B.:
Le levier de sélecteur se démonte en
même temps que le guide de sélecteur.
Segment
1. Déposer:
Boulon (segment) 1
Segment 2
N.B.:
Tourner le segment dans le sens inverse
des aiguilles d’une montre jusqu’à la
butée et desserrer le boulon.
ATTENTION:
Si le segment reçoit un impact, il ris-
que d’être endommagé. Veiller à ne
pas heurter le segment lors de la
dépose du boulon.
CONTROLE
Arbre de kick et roue à rochet
1. Contrôler:
Mouvement libre de la roue à
rochet 1
Mouvement irrégulier → Rem-
placer.
Arbre de kick 2
Usure/endommagement → Rem-
placer.
Ressort 3
Cassé → Remplacer.

4. Monter:

N.B.:
Appliquer la graisse au bisulfure de
molybdène sur les surfaces de contact
de la butée d’arbre de kick a et du
guide de roue à rochet de l’arbre de
kick 3.
Appliquer de l’huile moteur sur
l’arbre de kick.
Faire glisser l’arbre de kick complet
dans le carter moteur et vérifier que la
butée d’arbre de kick a s’insère dans
le guide de roue à rochet de l’arbre de
kick.
5. Accrocher:
Ressort de torsion 1
N.B.:
Faire tourner le ressort de torsion dans le
sens des aiguilles d’une montre et
l’accrocher dans l’orifice correspondant
a du carter.
Pignon fou de kick
1. Monter:
Pignon fou de kick 1
Rondelle 2
Circlip 3
N.B.:
Appliquer de l’huile moteur sur la cir-
conférence intérieure du pignon fou de
kick.
Monter le pignon fou de kick en orien-
tant son côté chanfreiné a vers vous.

When turning the starter clutch

not engage, the starter clutch is
faulty and must be replaced.
When turning the starter clutch

l’embrayage du démarreur 2 et
maintenir l’embrayage du démar-
reur.
Tourner le pignon menant de
l’embrayage du démarreur dans le
sens inverse des aiguilles d’une
montre É, l’embrayage du démar-
reur et son pignon menant doivent
s’engrener. Si ce n’est pas le cas,
l’embrayage du démarreur est
défectueux et doit être remplacé.
Tourner le pignon menant de
