Reverse indicator light “REVERSE”
This indicator light comes on when the trans-
mission is in reverse.

Neutral indicator light “NEUTRAL”
This indicator light comes on when the trans-
mission is in neutral.

Oil temperature warning light “OIL TEMP”
When the oil temperature reaches a specified
level, this light comes on to warn that the en-
gine oil temperature is too hot. If the warning
light comes on during operation, stop the en-
gine as soon as it is safe to do so and allow the
engine to cool down for about 10 minutes.
CAUTION:
●The engine may overheat if the ATV is
overloaded. If this happens, reduce the
load to specification.
●Restart after making sure that the warn-
ing light is out. Continuous use while the
warning light is on may cause damage to
the engine.

Ce témoin s’allume quand la transmission est au point
mort.

Témoin d’avertissement de la température d’huile
“OIL TEMP”
Lorsque la température de l’huile atteint un certain ni-
veau, ce témoin s’allume pour signaler la surchauffe du
moteur. Si le témoin s’allume pendant une randonnée,
couper le moteur dès que possible et le laisser refroidir
pendant environ 10 minutes.
ATTENTION:ATTENTION:ATTENTION:ATTENTION:
●La surchauffe du moteur peut être causée par un
chargement excessif du véhicule. En cas de sur-
charge, réduire la charge (voir les limites spéci-
fiées).
●Attendre que le témoin s’éteigne avant de re-
mettre le moteur en marche. L’utilisation pro-
longée du véhicule lorsque ce témoin est allumé
risque d’endommager le moteur.

muerto.

Luz de aviso de la temperatura del aceite “OIL
TEMP”
Cuando la temperatura del aceite alcanza un ni-
vel especificado, se enciende esta luz para avisar
de que el motor se ha calentado en exceso. Si se
enciende con el motor en marcha, párelo en
cuanto la seguridad lo permita y deje que se en-
fríe durante unos 10 minutos.
ATENCION:
●Un exceso de carga puede ser la causa del
sobrecalentamiento. En este caso, reduzca
la carga al nivel especificado.
●Arranque de nuevo después de haberse
asegurado que la luz de aviso se ha apaga-
do. El empleo continuado con la luz de avi-
so encendida puede causar daños en el
motor.

This indicator light comes on when the
2WD/4WD switch is in the 4WD position.
NOTE:
Due to the synchronizing mechanism in the dif-
ferential gear case, the light may not come on
until the ATV starts moving.

Drive select lever
The drive select lever is used to shift your ma-
chine into neutral, high, low or reverse. Refer
to page 6-11 for the drive select lever opera-
tion.

Recoil starter
Firmly grasp the handle and pull slightly until
engagement can be felt. Then pull forcefully,
being careful not to pull the rope all the way
out.
WARNING
Put the transmission in neutral and set the
parking brake before starting the engine or the
ATV could start to move unexpectedly, which
could cause an accident.
