SpeedLimitInfo
SpeedLimitInfo
Concept
Speed Limit Info uses a symbol in the shape of a traffic sign to display the currently detected speed limit.
Generalinformation
The camera in the area of the interior mirror detects traffic signs at the edge of the road as
well as variable overhead sign posts. Traffic

signs with extra symbols for wet road condijtions, etc., are also detected and comparedwith the vehicle's onboard data, such as fromthe rain sensor, and will be displayed dependj
ing on the situation.
With the navigation system, the system takes into account the information stored in the navij
gation data and also displays speed limits
present on routes without signs.
Without a navigation system, the system is
subject to limitations imposed by technology. Traffic signs with speed limitations are dejtected and displayed only. Speed limitationsdue to entering or exiting towns, highwaysigns, etc. are not displayed. Speed limits with
extra text characters are always displayed.
Safetyinformation WARNING
The system does not release from the
personal responsibility to correctly assess visij bility and traffic situation. There is a risk of anaccident. Adjust the driving style to the traffic
conditions. Watch traffic closely and actively intervene in the respective situations.'

Specialwindshield The windshield is part of the system.
The shape of the windshield makes it possible
to display a precise image.
A film in the windshield prevents double imj

For this reason, it is strongly suggested to have the special windshield replaced by a dealj
erss service center or another qualified service
center or repair shop, if necessary.
