emergency

possible
to
switch
on
the
drive-ready
state
if
the
display
key
has
not
been
detected.
Proceed
as

Resetting
the
BMW
display
key
If
the
charged
display
key
cannot
be
switched
on anymore
or
if
the
display
does
not
respond

anymore,
the
display
key
can
be
reset.

and
hold
the

the

same

for
at
least
10
seconds until
the
display
is
switched
off
and
then

locked

Touchless
opening
and
closing

the
tailgate
is not
possible
when
equipped
with
trailer
hitch.
To
avoid
locking
the
vehicle
key
in
the
vehicle, do
not
place
the
vehicle
key
in
the
cargo
area.
If
the
vehicle
key
is
in
the
sensor
area,
the

gate

open
or
close
inadvertently

you
