LockingThe glove compartment can be locked with an
integrated key. This prevents access to the glove compartment.
After the glove compartment is locked, the rej
mote control can be handed over, such as at a
hotel, without the integrated key.
Compartmentsinthedoors WARNING
Breakable objects, e.g., glass bottles, can
break in the event of an accident. Broken glass
can be scattered in the vehicle's interior. There
is a risk of injury. Do not stow any breakable objects in the vehicle's interior.'

Pull the center armrest forward at the strap.
To open: press the button.
To close: push both covers back in, one after
the other.
NOTE
With an open cup holder, the center armj
rest cannot be folded back up. There is a risk

Hills
Generalinformation
Drive long or steep downhill gradients in the
gear that requires least braking effort. Otherj
wise, the brakes may overheat and reduce
brake efficiency.
You can increase the engine's braking effect by shifting down, going all the way to first gear, if needed.
Safetyinformation WARNING
Light but consistent brake pressure can
lead to high temperatures, brakes wearing out and possibly even brake failure. There is a riskof an accident. Avoid placing excessive stress
on the brake system.'
