Lock
Press to lock all doors, fuel door and liftgate.
Unlock
Press to unlock the driver’s door and fuel door only or all doors and liftgate.
[ Remote Vehicle Start
Press twice to start the engine from outside the vehicle. After
entering the vehicle, press the ENGINE START/STOP button.
Rear Liftglass
Press twice to open the rear liftglass.
Power Liftgate
Press twice to open or close the power liftgate. Press once to stop power operation.
Vehicle Locator/Panic Alarm
Press and release to locate your vehicle. Press and hold for 3 seconds to activate the alarm. Press again to cancel the alarm.
Remote Power Windows
Press and hold the button to fully open the windows or the button to fully close the windows. To enable, go to Settings > Vehicle > Remote Lock, Unlock, and Start > Remote Window Operation.
Automatic Mirror Folding
To enable the automatic power folding mirrors, go to Settings > Vehicle > Comfort and Convenience > Remote Mirror Folding.
Note: To change or enable some settings, go to Settings > Vehicle > Remo\
te Lock, Unlock, and Start.

REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY
TRANSMITTER (KEY FOB)
KEYLESS ACCESS SYSTEM
The Keyless Access System enables operation of the doors and lift-gate without removing the Remote Keyless Entry transmitter (key fob) from your pocket or purse. The key fob must be within 3 feet of the liftgate or door being unlocked.
KEYLESS UNLOCKING
With the key fob within range:
Press the touchpad (A) on the back of the driver’s door handle to unlock the driver’s door or all doors and liftgate.
Press the touchpad on the back of a passenger door handle to unlock all doors and liftgate.
Press the Cadillac crest under the liftglass to open the liftgate.
KEYLESS LOCKING
With the key fob within range:
Press the Cadillac crest sensor (B) on the outside of a front door handle to lock all doors and liftgate immediately.
PASSIVE LOCKING
To have all doors lock automatically after the last door is closed, the ignition is off, and the key fob is removed from the vehicle, go to Settings > Vehicle > Remote Lock, Unlock, and Start > Passive Door Lock.
To have the driver's door or all doors unlock when using the touchpad on the driver's door handle, go to Settings > Vehicle > Remote Lock, Unlock, and Start > Passive Door Unlock.

VOICE RECOGNITION
Control the music source, enter a navigation destination, make phone calls hands-free, and perform other tasks using the natural voice recognition system.
1. Press the Push to Talk button on the steering wheel.
2. The system will play a prompt.
3. After the prompt, say what you want it to do.
• Examples: “Call Dave” or “Tune to 99.5 FM.”
• Say “Help” for voice recognition assistance.
BLUETOOTH VOICE RECOGNITION
Bluetooth Voice Recognition allows access to the voice recogni-tion commands on a compatible, paired phone; e.g. Siri or Google Assistant.
To activate Bluetooth Voice Recognition, press and hold the Push to Talk button for 3-4 seconds.

CADILLAC OLED INFOTAINMENT
SYSTEM FEATURES
BLUETOOTH® SYSTEM
Read your Owner's Manual for important information about using the Bluetooth system while driving.
To use a Bluetooth-enabled device, it must be paired with the in-vehicle Bluetooth system. Not all devices will support all functions. The vehicle must be stopped to pair a device. Enable Bluetooth on the device before pairing.
PAIR A PHONE
1. To use voice recognition, press the Push to Talk button; after the prompt, say "Pair Phone;" or to use the Infotainment Screen, select the Phone icon > Connect Phone.
2. From the phone's Bluetooth settings, select the name shown on the Infotainment Screen.
3. Follow the pairing instructions.
4. When pairing is complete, the phone screen is displayed.
SECONDARY PHONE
Multiple phones can be paired to the Bluetooth system. The system connects to the phone that is set to First to Connect. A secondary phone can be set to receive calls only.
To set first and secondary phones, select the Phone icon > Phones.
NFC BLUETOOTH PAIRING
1. To use Near Field Communication (NFC) pairing, unlock your NFC-compatible smartphone and enable NFC and Bluetooth. Check your phone user’s information for NFC compatibility.
2. Select the Phone icon > Connect Phone on the Infotainment Screen.
3. Hold the phone next to the NFC hotspot above the Infotainment Screen.
4. After pairing is initiated, follow the pairing instructions.

RECALL FRONT SEAT MEMORY POSITIONS
Press and hold button 1, 2 or Exit until the set position is reached.
The memory/exit positions can be programmed to be recalled automatically when the ignition is turned on/off (for exit recall, the driver’s door must be opened).
To set the recall options, go to Settings > Vehicle > Seating Position > Seat Entry Memory and Seat Exit Memory.
2ND-ROW SEAT ADJUSTMENTS
To slide a 2nd-row seat, lift the front lever (E) on the side of the seat cushion.
To recline a 2nd-row seatback, lift the rear lever (F) on the side of the seat cushion and push on the seatback.
To fold a 2nd-row seat, lift the rear lever (F) on the side of the seat cushion or, from the 3rd-row seat, pull the strap on the
bottom of the seat-back. The seatback will fold forward. Lift the lever or pull the strap again to tumble the seat forward.
To return the seat to the upright position, pull down the seat and lift the seatback until it locks in place. Slide the seat rear-ward by using the lever (E) on the seat cushion.
Note: Do not slide the 2nd-row seat while folded.

SET FRONT SEAT MEMORY POSITIONS
With the ignition On or in Accessory mode:
1. Adjust the driver’s seat, power steering column and power outside mirrors to the desired positions.
2. Press and release the SET button on the driver’s door. A beep will sound.
3. Immediately press and hold button 1 or 2 until two beeps sound. Use the button that matches the Driver Information Center welcome message indicating driver 1 or 2.
To store seat and power steering column positions for exiting the vehicle, repeat the steps using the Exit button.

POWER RELEASE 2ND-ROW SEATS
1. Unbuckle the seat belts, make sure nothing is under or in front of the seats, and move the front seats forward enough to allow room for the folded seat.
2. Press the Seat Release button (A) on the panel behind each rear door or the x2 2nd-Row Seat button (B) in the cargo area. The seatback will fold forward.
3. Press either button again to tumble the seat forward.
To return the seat to the upright position, pull down the seat and lift the seatback until it locks in place
POWER FOLDING/UNFOLDING 3RD-ROW SEATS
1. Unbuckle the seat belts, make sure nothing is on the seats, and move the 2nd-row seats forward enough to allow room for the folded seats.
2. Press and hold the
bottom of the 3rd- Row Seat button (C) in the cargo area or 3rd- Row Folding Seat button on the front overhead console to fold the seatback.
To unfold the seat, press and hold the top of either button.

OPEN/CLOSE THE POWER LIFTGATE
Press the Power Liftgate button on the Remote Keyless Entry transmitter (key fob) twice to open or close.
Press the Power Liftgate knob on the overhead console to open or close.
Press the Escalade crest below the liftglass to open.
Press the button next to the liftgate latch to close.
PROGRAMMING THE LIFTGATE HEIGHT
1. Turn the Power Liftgate knob to the 3/4 mode position.
2. Open the liftgate. Adjust it manually to the desired height.
3. To save the setting, press and hold the button next to the lift-gate latch until the turn signals flash and a beep sounds.
HANDS-FREE OPERATION
The key fob must be within 3 feet of the lift-gate. To open or close the liftgate hands-free, kick your foot straight under the rear bumper, right of center, indicated by the Cadillac logo projected on the ground. The logo is shown for 1 minute, depending on operating conditions.
Note: To change the liftgate settings, go to Settings > Vehicle > Comfor\
t and Convenience > Hands Free Liftgate on the Infotainment Screen.

ELECTRONIC PRECISION SHIFTDRIVER MODE SELECTOR
The automatic transmission shift pattern is displayed on top of the shift lever with the selected gear position illuminated in red. The shift lever always starts in the center position and, after shifting, returns to the center position.
Park – Press the button (A) on top of the lever to shift into Park. To shift out of Park, press the brake pedal and then press and hold the shift lock button (B) while selecting the desired gear.
Reverse – Press the brake pedal and then press and hold the shift lock button (B) while moving the lever for-ward completely (pass the detent) to shift into Reverse.
Neutral – Move the lever forward (to the detent) to shift into Neutral.
Note: The transmission will not stay in Neutral for an extended period. It will automatically shift into\
Park. See Car Wash Mode.
Drive – From Park, press the brake pedal and then press and hold the shift lock button (B) while moving the lever rearward to shift into Drive. From Reverse, move the lever rearward to shift into Drive.
Tap Shift Mode – With the transmission in Drive, pull back on the shift lever to shift manually. Pull the left steering wheel paddle to downshift and the right paddle to upshift. Pull back on the shift lever again to return to Drive.
Car Wash Mode – When entering an automatic car wash, press the brake pedal and move the lever forward (to the detent) to shift into Neutral. Release the brake pedal.

The Driver Mode Selector settings automatically adjust various vehi-cle control systems based on driving preferences, weather and road conditions. The modes are displayed on the Cluster Display.
Press the MODE button on the left side of the instrument panel to select a different driving mode.
Available modes may include:
Tour – Use in normal
driving for a smooth ride.
Sport – Use for enhanced responsiveness. Performance Shift Features are enabled when spirited driving is detected.
Snow/Ice (2WD only) – Use for enhanced acceleration on slippery surfaces.
Off-Road (4WD♦ only) – Use for enhanced control on unpaved roads or trails at moderate speeds. Accelerator pedal mapping, steering, ride height and other systems are modified.
Tow/Haul – Use to reduce shift cycling when towing or hauling heavy loads in stop-and-go traffic or rolling hills.
TERRAIN MODE (4WD SINGLE-SPEED TRANSFER CASE ONLY)♦
Press the button for enhanced control in low-speed off-road conditions. The transmission will hold a lower gear longer to maximize engine torque. The system automatically provides light vehicle braking to simulate engine vehicle braking. Only available with the single-speed transfer case when in 4
