T O W I N G – L I F T I N G
Towing with wheels on the ground
Towing eye fi xings are located at the front and at the rear of the vehicle.
To access them:Carefully lift the access cover.
Release it by pressing on the lower part.
A lug keeps the cover attached to the bumper, so that it do es not become lost.
The ignition key must be in position M to retain steering.
Use a bar with attachments to the towing eyes as above.

ON / O FFWith the key in Drive position M, press on control A to switch the radio on or off.
Note :If the radio was on the last time you switched of f the ignition, it will resume automatically when you switch on the ignition again. You will not have to press on control A.After switching off the ignition, you can still operate the audio system even without the ignition key being present. Simply press on button A. The system will turn itself off after approx.30minutes.
ANTI -THEFT SYSTEMThis radio is c oded in such a way as to function only on your par ticular vehicle. It would be unusable if installed on any other vehicle.

ON / O FFWith the ignition key in Drive position M, press on the c ontrol C to turn the audio part on or off.
Note :If the audio par t of NaviDrive was on before you last switched off the ignition, it will automatically resume when you switch on the ignition again.The source selected when you switch off NaviDrive is memorised and will resume when you switch on again.After the ignition is switched off, with or without the key being present, NaviDrive can continue to operate for a maximum of 3 0 minutes if you press one of the buttons S, V, D, or E, or if you inser t a CD in the CD reader.

When navigation is to be used for the fi rst time, or when the batter y has been disconnected for any reason, the naviga-tion system has to be initialised. For this operation the vehicle must be parked outdoors so that it can pick up satellite signals. Turn the ignition to position M (see vehicle Handbook) and leave for at least fi fteen minutes.
INTRODUCTIONThe on-board navigation system uses audible and visual instructions to guide you towards the destination of your choice.The system uses a cartographic database stored on a CD-ROM, and a GPS system.The G PS system enables your position to be plotted via contact with a number of satellites.The navigation system is composed of the following elements :A CD-ROM reader.A button for recall of the last voice mes-sage - during navigation, a long press on the end of the lighting control stalk 7repeats the latest voice information.Cartographic data in the form of a CDROM that has to be inserted, printed side up, in the aperture X.A synthesised voice for enunciating the guidance instructions during navigation.A display screen.A GPS aerial.Control on the dashboard and controls at the steering wheel.
