Deactivation of the “Stop & Start” system:
You can if you wish deactivate the “Stop & Start” system, by pressing the “ECO OFF” button located on the left hand side on the central panel.
The warning lamp on the button then comes on, and your vehi cle functions like an ordinary vehicle.
You can reactivate the system with another press on the “ECO OFF” button: The warning lamp on the button goes out.Note: T h e “ S t o p & S t a r t ” s y s t e m r e a c t i v a t e s a u t o m a t i c a l l y e a c h t i m e y o u restart the vehicle.
Batteries
T o o p e r a t e c o r r e c t l y , t h e s y s t e m r e q u i r e s a s p e c i fi c b a t t e r y a n d a l s o a s m a l l a d d i t i o n a l b a t t e r y w h i c h i s s i t u a t e d u n d e r one of the front seats.
For a change of battery, consult a CITROËN dealer.
Remark:
I f t h e r e i s a m a l f u n c t i o n o f t h e “ S t o p & S t a r t ” s y s t e m , t h e “ E C O ” w a r n i n g l a m p fl a s h e s b r i e fl y , a c c o m p a n i e d b y a n audible alert. The “ECO OFF” warning lamp lights up.
Contact a CITROËN dealer.
If the engine is in shutdown mode, it can restart at any moment.
Before taking any action under the bonnet, it is imperativ e to switch off the ignition.
Before leaving the vehicle, it is also essential to switch off the ignition.

Manual adjustments
Head restraint
T o fi t i t , s l i d e i t i n .
To lower it, press on the tab.
Adjustment is correct when the top of the head restraint is level with the top of the head.
It is also tilt-adjustable.
To remove it, bring it to the high position. Lift the tab with the aid of a coin and pull.
Backrest angle
Use the control to adjust the backrest angle.
I t i s p o s s i b l e t o r e c l i n e t h e b a c k r e s t t o a n a n g l e o f 4 5 ° b y t i l t i n g it until it locks. Press the control to unlock.
Heated seats
The front seats can be heated indi-vidually. Use the controls located at the side of the seats, and select one of the three heating levels:
0: Off.
1: Slight heat.
2: Medium heat.
3: Maximum heat.
The seat temperature adjusts auto-matically.Note: The heated seats only oper-ate when the engine is running.
Seat height and rake adjustment
Raise the control and place the seat in the desired positio n.
Reach
Lift the control bar and adjust to the desired position.
Armrest
To place it in the vertical position: Lift it from its position of use until it locks.Note: To remove the armrest:Press the control located on its axis of rotation.
Pull the armrest to remove.

ISOFIX anchoring points and the ISOFIX fastening system
The lateral rear seats of your vehi-cle are each equipped with regu-lation ISOFIX anchoring points. T h e s e c o n s i s t o f 2 r i n g s l o c a t e d between the backrest and the vehi- c l e s e a t , a p p r o x . 2 8 c m a p a r t .
ISOFIX child seats are equipped w i t h 2 l a t c h e s w h i c h a r e e a y t o a t t a c h t o t h e s e r i n g s . T h i s fi x i n g system is intended for children weighing up to 18 kg.
Incorrect installation of a child seat in a vehicle compromises protec-tion of the child in the event of a col-lision. The ISOFIX system enables you to minimise the risks posed by i n c o r r e c t fi t t i n g . T h e I S O F I X f a s -tening system gives you a conven- i e n t , s t r o n g a n d r e l i a b l e fi t t i n g f o r a child seat in your vehicle.
The ISOFIX child seat that is approved and supplied by the CITROËN network is the approved and supplied by approved KIDDY I s o fi x child seat (1).
It can be installed “rear-facing” f r o m b i r t h t o 1 3 k g a n d “ f o r w a r d - f a c i n g ” f r o m 9 t o 1 8 k g .
A d v i c e o n i n s t a l l i n g y o u r K I D D Y I s o fi x c h i l d s e a t :In the “forward facing” position, the vehicle’s corresponding front seat should be adjusted between the furthest forward and the medium fore/aft position, with the backrest upright.
If “rear-facing”, the shell of the child seat should be in contact with the backrest of the vehicle front seat.
Child seats secured by means of the vehicle seat belt

Removal
To remove it, detach the cords. Push up vertically, then lift on each side.
Storage areas
Tilt the shelf to stow it against the rear seats.
R e fi t t i n g
P r e s e n t t h e s h e l f t o i t s fi x i n g p o i n t s and push vertically until it is fully engaged.

Do not place any hard or heavy item on the rear shelf.
These could be dangerous if thrown around during harsh braking or, if they touch the rear screen, could damage the heating elements.
