This operation should only be performed
while the vehicle is stationary.

 Open the left hand front door.

 Pull release lever A to unlock the
bonnet.

O P E N I N G

 Lift safety catch B , then raise the
bonnet.
Saloon

Tourer
Spare wheel
The tools are located in a protective
holder inside the spare wheel.

 175 Access to the spare wheel
To access the spare wheel:

 Lift up the boot fl oor and fold it in
two (Saloon) or secure it using the
retractable grip (Tourer).

 Attach the hook to the top of the
boot.

 To remove the spare wheel, detach
the strap then push the wheel for-
wards, before lifting it out.
Temporary puncture repair kit
The kit is a complete system comprised
of a compressor and a sealant car-
tridge.

BONNET
Opening

At the front of the bonnet, lift the
safety catch B and raise the bonnet.

 Unclip the stay C from its hous-
ing and pivot it to insert it in the
notch D indicated by a yellow
arrow.

 Fix the stay in the notch to hold
the bonnet open. Closing

 Take the stay out of the support
notch.

 Clip the stay in its housing.

 Lower the bonnet then slam it
fi rmly at the end of its travel.

 Pull on the bonnet to check that
it is fully closed.
When the engine is hot, handle the
safety catch and bonnet stay with
care (risk of burns).
The location of the interior release
lever prevents opening of the bon-
net while the left hand front door is
closed.
This operation must only be carried
out when the vehicle is stationary.
Avoid opening the bonnet in strong
winds.

 Open the left hand front door.

 Pull the interior bonnet release
lever A , located at the bottom of
the door frame.
Before doing anything under
the bonnet, switch off the Stop & Start system to avoid any risk
of injury resulting from an automat-
ic change to START mode.

Fuses under the bonnet
After a repair, carefully refi t the
cover.

Any repairs on the MAXI fuses
(that give additional protection),
located in the fuseboxes, must
be left to a
CITROËN
dealer.
Access to the fuses

 Undo each screw by a 1/4 turn.

 Replace the fuse. Table of fuses
