When the outside temperature is between +3 °C and –3 °C, the t e m p e r a t u r e d i s p l a y fl a s h e s ( r i s k o f i c e ) .Note: The outside temperature displayed may be higher than the actual temperature if the vehicle is stationary in bright sunlight.
The driver is advised not to oper-ate the controls described below while the vehicle is moving.

Main Menu
Press on button A to bring up the “Main menu” of the multifunc-tion display. This menu gives you access to the following functions:
Radio mono CD
See chapter “RDS Audio Compact Disc system”.
Trip computer
For:Entering the distance to the destination.Access to the log of alerts (recall of the alerts signalled previously.
Access to the status of func-tions, for example automatic lighting of headlamps, ESP, windscreen wipe.

It is recommended that you do not use the NaviDrive controls while your vehicle is moving. In some countries, certain commands may be deactivated to comply with national regulations.

Press on the SOURCE button or on the con-trol at the steering wheel (A) to choose radio source, CD source or Jukebox source

Rotate the control or use the buttons at the steering (B) and (C) to increase or decrease the volume.
How to stop the sound momentarily ?Press on the controls at the steering wheel (B) and (C) simultaneously.The sound of the Audio source currently being listened to is cut. The guidance instruc-tions remain activated. To restore sound, press on any of the NaviDrive buttons or on one of the controls at the steering wheel.

The “TA” function lets you switch automati-TATAcally on a temporary basis to an FM station broadcasting road information.The radio station, or the audio source being listened to at that moment, is paused. Once t h e t r a f fi c i n f o r m a t i o n i s fi n i s h e d , t h e s y s t e m switches back to the radio station or audio source initially being listened to.
Press on the TA /PTY button to stop listening to a message being broadcast.
CONDITIONS FOR RECEIVING TRAFFIC ANNOUNCEMENTS
You have to be in FM. T h e s t a t i o n y o u a r e t u n e d t o m u s t c o n fi r m through the RDS system that it broadcasts road information.Stations organised in a network (EON) have regional transmitters sending their own programmes. While listening to one of these stations you can switch to any station on the network that is broadcasting t r a f fi c i n f o r m a t i o n m e s s a g e s .
