2 Cmelully prise out the gre.lse senl Irom the b~ck 01 the hub <Isse01bly <In(t remove the inner wpered be<1rlllg 3 Using a brass drift. or beming puller. remove the bearing ouler !racks from Ihe ends of the hub.

Scoop out the grease 110m inside the huh imd wash clea". S Drive the new bearing tr<Jcks into the hub wilh thell tapers la cing outwards usin g suitable metal tubing,

glease well into th e beiu ings. lully p<lck the bearing cages and rollers with whcel bearing Qre<lSe. Note: Le,1Ve Ihe hub cavity half emply. to allow fOf subsequent e"p,1I/sion of tfle gIC{JSe, 7 Fil the inner wpered bearing in ils track then press il new grease se<J1 squarel y into the hub using <I piece 01 wood, S Refit the front hub with reference to Section 3 .
