The SRS service reminder indicator (SRI) comes on for approximately 6 seconds after the ignition key is turnedto the "ON" position or after the engine is started, after which it will go out. This light also comes on when the SRS is not working properly. If the SRI does not come on, or continuously remainson after flashing for about 6 seconds when you turned the ignition key to the "ON" position or started the engine, orif it comes on whilst driving, have the SRS inspected by a Hyundai authorised repairer.
B260E01HP-GAT Seat Belt Warning Light
The seat belt warning light blinks for 6 about seconds when the ignition key is turned from the "OFF" position to "ON"or "START".
SB210J1-E High Beam Indicator Light
The high beam indicator light will illumi- nate whenever the headlights are switched to high beam of flash position.
SB210K1-E Low Oil Pressure Warning Light
!CAUTION:
If the oil pressure warning light illu- minates when the engine is running,an insufficient oil pressure level for continued safe operation of the en- gine exists. Continued operation ofthe engine in this condition may result in serious engine damage. Under normal circumstances, the light will illuminate when the igni- tion is turned "on" and will be extin-guished when the engine is started. If the oil pressure warning light illu- minates whilst the engine is run-ning, stop the engine immediately and check the engine oil level. If the level is insufficient, add the required amount of oil as indicated by the engine oil dipstick. If the light fails to extinguish when the engineis restarted, do not continue to oper- ate the vehicle. If the oil pressure light illuminatesduring normal operation and the cause is not an insufficient oil level, or the light fails to illuminate whenthe ignition is turned "on", contact the nearest Hyundai authorised re- pairer before further operating thevehicle.

B260P02Y-EAT ABS Service Reminder
Indicator (SRI)
(Not all models)
When the key is turned to the "ON" position, the Anti-Lock Brake System SRI will come on and then go off in a fewseconds. If the ABS SRI remains on, comes on whilst driving, or does not come on when the key is turned to the"ON" position, this indicates that there may be a problem with the ABS. If this occurs, have your vehiclechecked by your Hyundai authorised repairer as soon as possible. The nor- mal braking system will still be opera-tional, but without the assistance of the anti-lock brake system.
WARNING:
If both the ABS SRI and Parking Brake/Brake fluid level warning lightsremain "ON" or come on whilst driv- ing, there may be a problem with E.B.D (Electronic Brake Force Distri-bution). If this occurs, avoid sudden stops and have your vehicle checked by your Hyundai authorised repaireras soon as possible.

In addition to this, the tyre must be replaced if any portion of the tread has become baldor if there are any lumps, bulges or deep cuts in the sidewalls or tread.

SI060A2-E TYRE BALANCING Incorrect tyre balance will cause steer- ing vibration and uneven tyre wear. The vehicle tyres are balanced during production but may need further bal-ancing throughout the life of the tyres. It is recommended that the tyres bebalanced on the car for best results and that the tyres are balanced when- ever they have been removed from thewheel for repair. NOTE: Should abnormal wear be noted on a tyre, then it is recommended that the wheel alignment be checked byyour Hyundai authorised repairer at the earliest opportunity.
!WARNING:
Tyres degrade over time, even when they are not being used. Regardless of the remaining tread, it is recom-mended that tyres generally be re- placed after six (6) years of normal service. Heat caused by hot cli-mates or frequent high loading con- ditions can accelerate the aging pro- cess. Failure to follow this warningcan result in sudden tyre failure, which could lead to a loss of con- trol and an accident involving seri-ous injury or death.
