[ Station Swapping - As a FM signal
weakens, another more powerful
signal near the same frequency may
begin to play. This is because your
radio is designed to lock onto the
clearest signal. If this occurs, select
another station with a stronger signal.
[ Multi-Path Cancellation - Radio signals
being received from several directions
can cause distortion or fluttering.
This can be caused by a direct and
reflected signal from the same station,
or by signals from two stations with
close frequencies. If this occurs, select
another station until the condition has
passed.
Using a mobile phone or a two-way
radio
When a mobile phone is used inside
the vehicle, noise may be produced
from the audio system. This does not
mean that something is wrong with the
audio equipment. In such a case, use
the mobile phone at a place as far as
possible from the audio equipment.

To prevent glare, you can turn off the
screen. The screen can be turned off
only whilst the system is on.
1. On the control panel, press the
[ 0 ( 1 8 & / 2 & .] button.
2. When the option selection window
displays, turn the [ 7 8 1 (] knob to
select ' L V S O D \ R I I, and then press the
knob.
[ To turn the screen back on, press
any of the control panel buttons.

Selecting an item

desired item, and then press the knob.
Adjusting the settings
Turn the [ 7 8 1 (] knob to adjust the
value, and then press the knob to save
changes.
Turn the [ 7 8 1 (] knob to the right to
increase the value and turn the [ 7 8 1 (]
knob to the left to decrease the value.

1. On the control panel, press the
[AUDIO] button.
2. When the mode selection window
displays, turn the [ 7 8 1 (] knob to
select the desired radio mode and
then press the knob.
FM/AM Mode
(1) Current radio mode

(3) Preset list
Press the [ 0 ( 1 8 & / 2 & .] button on the
control panel to access the following
menu options:
[ $ X W R V W R U H: Save radio stations to the
preset list.
[ 6 F D Q: The system searches for radio
stations with strong radio signals and
plays each radio station for about five
seconds.
[ 6 R X Q G V H W W L Q J V: You can change
the settings related to sounds, such
as location where sound will be
concentrated and the output level for
each range.
- % D O D Q F H: Select a location where
sound will be concentrated in the
vehicle. Select % D O D Q F H, turn the
[ 7 8 1 (] knob to select the desired
position, and then press the knob.
To set sound to be centred in the
vehicle, select & H Q W U H.
- ( T X D O L V H U: Adjust the output level for
each sound tone mode.
- 6 S H H G G H S H Q G H Q W Y R O : Set the
volume to be adjusted automatically
according to your driving speed.
