New pads require a bedding-in period, approximately 400 km, before they provide optimum friction. The slightly
reduced braking effect can be compensated by applying greater pressure on the brake pedal. Do not strain the brakes
too much during the pad bedding in procedure.

driver can easily drive off pressing the accelerator pedal without the vehicle quickly backing up.

on the bottom left corner of the brake pedal ( Fig.2).
2. Hold the pedal in the neutral position and mark the height at which the steering wheel is aligned on the rod.
3. Act on the brake pedal until the STOP lights switch on, and then mark the height at which the steering wheel is
aligned on the rod.
4. Measure the distance between the two marks. The pedal stroke MUST measure between 3 mm and 10 mm. If
these values do not correspond, adjust the SWITCH   .
