■To prevent the battery from being discharged
If the following lights remain ON when the door is not fully closed and the door
position is ON, the lights will go off automatically after 20 minutes.

The glove box light turns on when the tail lights are turned on.
■Trunk opener main switch
The trunk opener main switch is located in the glove box. ( o P. 45)

Console boxSlide the armrest while pulling up
the lever, and lift the armrest.

The console box light turns on when the tail lights are turned on.
CAUTION

Keep the console box closed.
Injuries may result in the event of an accident or sudden braking.
The tray slides forward/backward and can be
removed.

Overhead consoleThe overhead console is useful for
temporarily storing sunglasses and
similar small items.
CAUTION
■Items that should not be left in the overhead console
Do not leave glasses or lighters in the console.
If the interior of the vehicle becomes hot, lighters may explode and glasses may
warp or become cracked.
■Caution while driving
Do not leave the overhead console open while driving.
Items may fall out and cause injury.

■Using the cup holder (front) to store small items
■The cup holder (front) can be adjustable to the size of the cups or drink-cans
CAUTION
■Items unsuitable for the cup holder
Do not place anything other than cups or aluminum cans in the cup holders.
Other items may be thrown out of the holders in the event of an accident or sudden
braking and cause injury. If possible, cover hot drinks to prevent burns.
■When not in use
Keep the cup holders closed.
Injuries may result in the event of an accident or sudden braking.
Remove the holder.
Change the holder position.

Auxiliary boxTo open, press down the knob.
CAUTION
■Caution while driving
Keep the auxiliary box closed.
In the event of sudden braking, personal injury may result from contact due to
movement of the open auxiliary box or items that may come out of the auxiliary box.
