Indicates that the tire inflation pressure is low
 Check the tire inflation pressure, and adjust to the appropriate level.
Indicates a malfunction in th e tire pressure warning sys- tem
 Stop the vehicle in a safe place and turn the engine switch off then on again.If the tire pressure warning indicator flashes for 1
minute then illuminates, th ere is a malfunction in the system. Have the vehicle inspected by any autho-rized Lexus dealer or repairer, or another duly qual-
ified and equipped professional.
Indicates that the tire position information cannot be rec- ognized Drive for a short while and check if the display
updates. If the radio wave conditions improve, the displaymay return to normal. If the tire pressure is still not
displayed after driving for several minutes, stop the vehicle in a safe place, turn the engine switch offthen on again, and start driving.
If the tire pressure is still not displayed even after repeating this process several times, have the vehi-cle inspected by any authorized Lexus dealer or
repairer, or another duly qualified and equipped professional.

■Warning messages
The warning message illustrations used are in tended as examples, and may differ from the image that is actually displaye d on the multi-information display.
■Warning message in radar cruise mode (if equipped)
In the following situations, the warning message may not be displayed even if vehicle-to- vehicle distance decreases:
●When the speed of the preceding vehicle matches or exceeds your vehicle speed
●When the preceding vehicle is traveling at an extremely slow speed
●Immediately after the cruise control speed was set
●When depressing the accelerator pedal
■The LDA (Lane Departure Alert) lane departure warning function (if equipped)
In the following situations, the warning message will not be displayed even if a lane line is crossed.
●When the vehicle speed deviates from the operating range of the LDA system func-tions
●When the lane lines cannot be recognized
■Resetting the message indicating maintenance is required (RC200t)

Ensure that the shift lever is in P and depress the brake pedal.
Touch the Lexus emblem side of the
electronic key to the engine switch.
When the electronic key is detected, a buzzer sounds and the engine switchwill turn to IGNITION ON mode.
When the smart entry & start system is deactivated in customization setting, theengine switch will turn to ACCESSORY
mode.
Firmly depress the brake pedal and check that is shown on the multi-
information display.
Press the engine switch.
In the event that the engine still cannot be started, contact any authorized Lexus
dealer or repairer, or another duly qualified and equipped professional.

Oil viscosity (0W-20 is explained here as an example):
• The 0W in 0W-20 indicates the characteristic of the oil which allows cold
startability. Oils with a lower value before the W allow for easier starting of
the engine in cold weather.
• The 20 in 0W-20 indicates the viscosity characteristic of the oil when the
oil is at high temperature. An oil with a higher viscosity (one with a higher
value) may be better suited if the vehicle is operated at high speeds, or
under extreme load conditions.
How to read oil container labels:
Either or both API registered marks are added to some oil containers to help
you select the oil you should use.
API Service Symbol
Top portion: “API SERVICE SN” means the oil quality designation by
American Petroleum Institute (API).
Center portion: “SAE 0W-20” means the SAE viscosity grade.
Lower portion: “Resource- Conserving” means that the oil hasfuel-saving and environmental pro-
tection capabilities.
ILSAC Certification Mark
The International Lubricant Specificatio n Advisory Committee (ILSAC) Certifica- tion Mark is displayed on the front of the container.

Vehicles with a Remote Touch
Press the “MENU” button on the Remote Touch.
Select “Setup” on the “Menu” screen and select “Vehicle”.
Various setting can be changed. Refer to the list of settings that can be
changed for details.
For details on the Remote Touch, refer to the “NAVIGATION AND MULTI-
MEDIA SYSTEM OWNER’S MANUAL”.
Vehicles with a Lexus Display Audio controller
Press the “MENU” button on the Lexus Display Audio controller.
