WARNING Risk of becoming tr apped dur-
ing adjustment of the driver's seat aser
calling up a driver proNle
Selecting a user pr
oNle may trigger an adjust-
ment of the driver's seat to the position saved
under the user proNle. You or other vehicle
occupants could be injured in the process.
Make sure that when the position of driv-
er's seat is being adjus

ted using the mul-
timedia system, no people or body parts
are in the seat's range of movement.
If a person is in danger of becoming trapped,
immediat

a) Tapping the warning message on the
media displa

or
b) Pressing a position button of the
memor

switch in the driver's door.
The adjustment process is stopped. The driver's seat is equipped with an access pre-

ProNles store your vehicle settings and settings
for the multimedia system. If the vehicle is used
by several drivers, the driver can select their own

of other drivers.
% Information on pr
oNles from Mercedes me
connect can be found in the Digital Owner's
Manual.
Vehicle settings are, for example, driver's seat,
s
teering wheel and mirror settings, climate control
and ambient lighting. For the settings of the multi-
media system, you can select, for example, radio
stations, previous destinations as well as themes,
suggestions and favourites.
For recurring driving situations, such as long
drives on the motorway, you can save your prefer-
red settings in a theme in the vehicle. In a theme
you can save the display of the digital map, your
preferred radio station and preferred drive pro-
gram, for example.
The vehicle can learn the habits of the driver. It
then oMers suggestions for the most probable navigation destinations, media sources, radio sta-
tions or cont
acts. The pre-requirements for that
are the selection of a proNle, your consent to the
recording of data and suPcient collected data.
Favourites provide quick access to applications
that are used osen. You can select favourites
