ge ncy your voice can change and your tele-
phone call, e.g. an emer gency call, can
th ereby be unnecessarily dela yed.
R Familiarise yourself with thevo ice control sys-
te m functions before starting the journe y.
Wi th LINGU ATRO NIC, various applications in the
MBUX multimedia system are ope rable using
vo ice input. LINGU ATRO NIC is operational appr ox-
imately thirty seconds aTer the ignition is
switched on and is available forth e driver's seat
and front passenger seat.

The vehicle can learn the habits of the driver. It

navigation destinations, media sources, radio sta-
tions or contacts. The pre-requirements forth at
are the selection of a pro/le, your consent tothe
re cording of data and su1cient collected data.

multimedia system cannot be ensured.
A system update consists of thre e steps:
R Downloading or copying of the data requ ired

R Installation of the downloaded system update
R Activation of the downloaded system update
by restarting the system
% If automatic soTware updates are activated,
th e system updates will be downloaded auto-
maticall y.
The multimedia system pr ovides a message when
a system update is available.
