The Ac tive Wo rk out programs re qu ire yo ur act iv e
co-operation and are a co nve nient wa y of exe r‐ cising yo ur abdomen and back muscles during a
traf fi c jam, fo r ex ample, by te nsing and re leasing
th e specific muscle groups. Te nsing and re leas‐ ing also helps to impr ove blood fl ow to yo ur
muscles. Press against a pressure point as soon

heater is switched on
When th e seat heater is switched on, ove r‐
heating can occur due to objects or docu‐
ments placed on th e seats e.g. seat cushions
or ch ild seats. This could cause damage to
th e seat sur fa ce.
