The auto loudness circuitenhances thelow and high
frequency rangesautomatically inboth radio reception
and CDplayback.
PWR/V olumecontrol:

Place theignition switchinthe ACC orON position,
and then push thePWR button whilethesystem isoff
to turn onthe last audio source, whichwasplaying
immediately beforethesystem wasturned off.While
the system ison, pushing thePWR button turnsthe
system off.
T urn theVOL control knobtoadjust thevolume.

The settings screenwillappear whenpushing the
ENTER/SETTING button.
The following itemsareavailable inthe settings screen.
. Bass, Treble, Balance andFade
Controls thesound ofthe audio system. Balance
adjusts thesound between theleftand right
speakers. Fadeadjusts thesound between the
front andrear speakers.
Select theªBassº ,ªT rebleº ,ªBalanceº orªFadeº
using theTUNE´FOLDER controlknobandthen
push theENTER/SETTING button.Turn the
TUNE´FOLDER controlknobtoadjust theBass,
T reble, balance andFade ofthe screen tothe
preferred level.
. Speed SensVol.
T o change theSpeed Sensitive Volume (Speed
Sens Vol.) level fromoff(0) to5,turn the
TUNE´FOLDER controlknob. .
AUX Vol.
Controls thevolume levelofincoming soundwhen
an auxiliary deviceisconnected tothe system.
Choose asetting between 1and 3or choose 0to
disable thefeature entirely.
. Brightness andContrast
Adjust thebrightness andcontrast ofthe screen.
Select theªbrightnessº orªcontrastº usingthe
TUNE´FOLDER controlknobandthen push the
ENTER/SETTING button.Turn theTUNE´FOLDER
control knobtoadjust thebrightness andcontrast
of the screen tothe preferred level.
. Clock Adjust
Adjust theclock according tothe following procedure.

the ENTER/SETTING button.You can toggle
between ONand OFF using theTUNE´FOLDER
control knob.
. iPod Menu language
The iPod menu language canbechanged.
Select ªiPod menu languageº usingtheTUNE´-
FOLDER controlknobandthen push theENTER/
SETTING button.UsetheTUNE´FOLDER control
knob toselect thepreferred language.
DISP:

Display ofthe screen canbecanceled bypushing the
DISP button. You can then listen tomusic thatisbeing
played back.Ifyou want todisplay thescreen again,
either pushtheDISP button oncemore orpush the
