HOW TO USE THE VEHICLE
INFORMATION DISPLAY
The vehicle information display can be
changed using the,, and OK buttons located on the steer-
ing wheel.
1- Use these buttons
to navigate the vehicle information
display.

The OK,
andbuttons also
control audio and control panel functions
in some conditions. Most screens and
menus offer instruction prompts of the
steering switch buttons to indicate how to
control the vehicle information display. The
OK button changes the audio source and
the
buttons also control voice
recognition manual mode. The OK button
can be used to change the audio source
when the audio screen is displayed. The
buttons can be used when con-
trolling voice recognition prompts manu-
ally. For additional information, refer to the
separate NissanConnect® Owner’s Manual.
STARTUP DISPLAY
When the vehicle in placed in the ON posi-
tion the screens that display in the vehicle
information include:
• Active system status (if so equipped)
• Trip computer
• Fuel economy
• Warnings
• Outside air temperature
• Odometer/Twin Trip Odometer Warnings will only display if there are any
present. For additional information, refer to
“Vehicle information display warnings and
indicators” in this section.
To control what items display in the vehicle
information display, refer to “Meter settings”
in this section.

ECO Mode Setting
The ECO mode setting menu allows the user to change the settings for the ECO mode.

ECO Customize Displays available ECO mode settings.
Cruise Control Allows user to set the Cruise Control mode to Normal or ECO. For additional information, refer to “Cruise Control”
in the “Starting and driving” section of this manual.
Air Conditioning Allows user to set the Air Conditioning mode to Normal or ECO. For additional information, refer to “Heater and air
conditioner” in the “Monitor, climate, audio, phone and voice recognition systems” section of this manual.
ECO Info Settings Displays available ECO information settings.
ECO Indicator Allows user to turn the ECO indicator on or off.
ECO Drive Report Allows user to turn the ECO Drive Report on or off.
View History Displays the history report for the vehicle.
TPMS Settings
The TPMS settings menu allows the user to change the tire pressure units displayed in the vehicle information display.

TPMS Setting Displays available TPMS settings.
Tire Pressure Unit Allows user to select the tire pressure units that will display in the vehicle information display.
Clock
Menu item Result
Clock Allows user to adjust the clock settings and time within the vehicle information display. Adjustments that can
be made include automatically setting the time, 12H/24H format and manually setting the time. If these op-
tions do not appear, the clock must be set within the center display. For additional information, refer to the
separate NissanConnect® Owner’s Manual (if so equipped).

Dots on the right side of the vehicle infor-
mation display may appear if there is more
than one page of menu items or warning
messages, depending on the type of me-
ter. The OK button changes the audio
source and the
buttons also con-
trol voice recognition manual mode. The
OK button can be used to change the au-
dio source when the audio screen is dis-
played. The
buttons can be used
when controlling voice recognition
prompts manually. For additional informa-
tion, refer to the separate NissanConnect®
Owner’s Manual.
STARTUP DISPLAY
When the vehicle in placed in the ON posi-
tion the vehicle information display may
display the following screens (if so
equipped):
• Home
• Drive Computer — Speed, Fuel Economy, Trip Distance & Time
• Convenience • Digital speed and average speed
• Instant fuel economy/ average fuel
economy
• Tire Pressure
• Audio/telephone
• Intelligent Cruise Control (ICC)
• Driving Aids
• Settings
• Warnings*
*Warnings will only display if there are any
present. For additional information, refer to
“Vehicle information display warnings and
indicators” in this section.
To control what items display in the vehicle
information display, refer to “How to use the
vehicle information display” in this section.
RESETTING THE DRIVE COMPUTER
The drive computer is divided across three
screens:
• Average Speed
• Average Fuel Economy
• Trip Distance & Time
1. Press the
buttons
until you reach the desired drive com-
puter mode. 2. Press and hold the OK button for ap-
proximately 1 second to reset the infor-
mation on the currently displayed
screen.
NOTE:
If you wish to reset all drive computer
values at once, press and hold the OK
button for approximately 3 seconds until
a reset menu appears; and follow the
instructions.

information displayed in the vehicle infor-
mation display. It also allows you to change
vehicle functions:

TPMS Setting
The TPMS settings menu allows the user to view or change the tire pressure units displayed in the vehicle information display.

Tire Pressure Unit Allows user to select the tire pressure units that will display in the vehicle information display.
Clock
Menu item Result
Clock Allows user to adjust the clock settings and time within the vehicle information display. Adjustments that can
be made include manually setting the time, 12H/24H format, and time zone (if so equipped).
The clock can also be set within the center display. For additional information, refer to the separate
NissanConnect® Owner’s Manual.
Vehicle Settings
The vehicle settings allow the user to change the settings for lights, wipers, locking, keys, and other vehicle settings.
Menu item Result
Lighting Displays the available lighting options.
Welcome Headlight (if so equipped) Allows user to turn the welcome light on or off.
Auto Room Lamp Allows user to turn the auto room lamp on or off.
Light Off Delay (if so equipped) Allows user to change the length of time the exterior lights remain on.
Turn indicator (if so equipped) Displays the available turn indicator options.
3 Flashes Allows user to turn 3 flash pass feature on or off.
Continuous Allows user to adjust the continuous feature.
Locking Displays the available locking options.
Ext. Door Switch Allows user to turn the exterior door switch on or off. When turned on, the request switch on the door is acti-
vated.

To remove the fuel-filler cap:
1. Turn the fuel-filler cap counterclockwiseto remove.
2. Put the fuel-filler cap on the cap holder
O1while refueling.
To install the fuel-filler cap:
1. Insert the fuel-filler cap straight into the fuel-filler tube.
2. Turn the fuel-filler cap clockwise until a single click is heard.
LOOSE FUEL CAP warning
The LOOSE FUEL CAP warning appears in
the vehicle information display when the
fuel-filler cap is not tightened correctly af-
ter the vehicle has been refueled. It may
take a few driving trips for the message to
be displayed. To turn off the warning, do the
following:
1. Remove and install the fuel-filler cap aspreviously described as soon as
possible.
2. Tighten the fuel-filler cap until it clicks. 3. Press the OK button on the steering
wheel to turn off the Loose Fuel Cap
warning af ter tightening the fuel-filler
cap.

Set Clock
Manually Touch to adjust the clock manually; then touch to change between AM and PM, the hour and the minutes.
System Voice For additional information, refer to “Settings” in this section.
Camera Touch this key to change the camera settings.
Others Touch this key to select and/or adjust various functions of this system. A screen with additional options will appear.
Display Touch this key to adjust the appearance of the display. For additional information, refer to “Adjusting the screen” in this section.
Language Touch this key to change the language on the display.
OSS Licenses Touch this key to display sof tware licensing information.
Return All Set-

fault Touch this key to return all settings to default and to clear the memory.

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
CAUTION
• Do not use alcohol, benzine or thin-
ner to clean the camera. This will
cause discoloration.
• Do not damage the camera as the
monitor screen may be adversely
affected.
If dirt, rain or snow accumulates on any of the
cameras
O1, the MOD system may not oper-
ate properly. Clean the camera by wiping with
a cloth dampened with a diluted mild clean-
ing agent and then wiping with a dry cloth.
Adjust air flow direction by moving the vent
slides or vent knobs.
For side vents: Move the slide toward
to close the vent and away fromto
open it.
For center vents: Rotate the knob clock-
wise to close the vent and counterclock-
wise to open it.

Getting the spare tire and tools
1. Open the trunk and lif t the trunk floorcarpeting.
2. Jack is located beside of the spare tire. To remove, take off the rubber strap and
lif t out.
3. Lif t spacer to access the clamp. 4. Turn the clamp counterclockwise and
remove to release the spare tire.
Removing wheel cover (if so
equipped)
CAUTION
Do not use your hands to pry off wheel
caps or wheel covers. Doing so could
result in personal injury.
To remove the wheel cover, use the jack rod
O1as illustrated.
Apply cloth
O2between the wheel and jack
rod to prevent damaging the wheel and
wheel cover.

Always refer to the illustrations for the cor-
rect placement and jack-up points for your
specific vehicle model and jack type.
Carefully read the caution label attached
to the jack body and the following in-
structions.
1. Loosen each wheel nut one or two turnsby turning counterclockwise with the
wheel nut wrench. Do not remove the
wheel nuts until the tire is off the
ground. 2. Place the jack directly under the jack-up
point as illustrated so the top of the jack
contacts the vehicle at the jack-up point.
Align the jack head between the two
notches in the front or the rear as
shown. Also fit the groove of the jack
head between the notches as shown.
The jack should be used on firm and
level ground.
3. To lif t the vehicle, securely hold the jack lever and rod with both hands. Carefully
raise the vehicle until the tire clears the
ground. Remove the wheel nuts and
then remove the tire.Installing the spare tire
The spare tire is designed for emergency
use. For additional information, refer to
“Wheels and tires” in the “Do-it-yourself ”
section of this manual.
1. Clean any mud or dirt from the surfacebetween the wheel and hub.
2. Carefully put the spare tire on and tighten the wheel nuts finger tight.
3. With the wheel nut wrench, tighten wheel nuts alternately and evenly in the
sequence illustrated (
OA,OB,OC,OD,OE)
until they are tight.
