AIR MASSAGE SEATPFP:876B1
System Description BIS0013R
Air bladder is built in seatback.
There are four bladder in each seatback.
Upper air bladder and lower air bladder are inflated by turns.
Air bladder is inflated with air by air massage seat pump.
Air massage seat pump is controlled by air massage seat con-
trol unit.
Air massage seat pump has two operation pattern, LOW and
HIGH.
Air massage seat solenoid performs the change of LOW and
HIGH.
Air massage seat solenoid is built in air massage seat control
unit.
Front air massage seat switch is LOW and HIGH switch.
FRONT AIR MASSAGE SEAT OPERATION
With the ignition switch to ON or START position, power is supplied
through 15A fuse [No.15, located in the fuse block (J/B)]
to air massage seat control unit terminal 15, and
to front air massage seat switch terminal 1.
Ground is supplied
through air massage seat control unit terminal 18,
through body grounds B214 and B217.
When front air massage seat switch is LOW position, power is suppled
through front air massage seat switch terminal 2,
to air massage seat control unit terminal 16,
Then front air massage seat LOW function is activated.
When front air massage seat switch is HIGH position, power is suppled
through front air massage seat switch terminal 3,
to air massage seat control unit terminal 17,
Then front air massage seat HIGH function is activated.
