If any electrical equipment doesnotoperate, checkfor
an open fuse.
1. Be sure theignition switchisin the ªOFFº
position.
2. Besure theheadlight switchisin the ªOFFº
position.
3. Open theengine hood.
4. Remove theaircleaner duct.(SeeªEngine
compartment checklocationsº (P.8-5) .)
5. Remove thefuse/fusible linkbox cover byusing a
suitable tooland pushing thetab.
6. Locate thefuse thatneeds tobe
replaced.

7. Remove thefuse using thefuse puller located in
the passenger compartment.
8. Ifthe fuse isopen

, replace itwith anew fuse

If the new fuse alsoopens, afterinstalling, havethe
electrical systemchecked, andifnecessary repaired,
by aNISSAN
dealer.
