ELECTRIC WINDOWS
1 Driver’s electric window

5 Disarming the rear window switches. ➜ Press or pull the switch lightly. The window stops as soon as t he switch
is released.
Automatic mode: ➜ Press or pull the switch firmly. One touch completely opens or
closes the window. Pressing the switch again stops the window.
Safety autoreverse: When the window is closing and meets an
obstacle, it stops and lowers again.
ELECTRIC MIRRORS
Adjustment ➜ Turn button 6to the right or left to select the corresponding mirror.
➜ Press the arrows on button 7in all four directions to adjust.
➜ Turn button 6 back to the centre position.
Folding
When parking the vehicle, the mirrors can be folded back manu
ally or electrically by pulling button 6rearwards or automatically on
locking the vehicle. STEERING WHEEL
ADJUSTMENT

4 12V socket
You have a 12V accessory socket at
the foot of the driver's seat, which is
accessible to passengers in the
2
nd
row.
5 Front and rear armrests
To place the armrest in its rest
position:
– Lift the armrest until it is is aligned with the seat back.
To place the armrest in the position
in which it is used:
– Push it towards the rear.
– Fold it down completely.
– Raise it slowly to the required position.
– If you lift it past the required position, restart the above operations.
To remove it occasionally:
– Lift the armrest, going past the idle position.
– press its securing pin firmly and tilt it fully.
– Pull towards you to remove it from its fixing.
To put it back in place:
– place it in its removal position.
– Push as far as the fixing allows.
FRONT SEAT LAYOUT
1 Storage drawers
There is a storage drawer under
each front seat.
– To open it, lift and pull.
– To take it out, open it to its full
extent, press the ends of the slides
and lift it, then remove it complete
ly.
Note: under the seat on the passen
ger side, if the vehicle has an ampli
fier, it will not be possible to use the
storage drawer. 2 Retaining elastic straps
There is an elastic retaining strap on
each front seat, on the centre side.
– In the side position (elastic strap
on your own seat), this can be
used as a magazine holder.
– In the transverse position (elastic straps hooked between the two
seats), it can hold a bag.
3 'Aviation' type table
You have an 'aviation' type table fitted
with a can holder, fitted to each front
seat.
Do not forget to fold this before
pivoting the seat.
Note: each front seat also has a
pocket for money on the seat back

THE REAR SEATS
Forwards/backwards
adjustment
Lift bar Aand slide the seat towards
the front or the rear.
From the third row you can pull on
strap B and slide the seat towards
the front.
This makes it easier for passengers
to exit the 3rd row of seats, when
folding down the second row seat.
Adjusting the angle of the seat
back
Push lever Cupwards and adjust the
angle as required.
Release the lever to lock.
Folding a side seat
Access to the third row:
Place the head restraint in the low
position.
Push control Cupwards as far as
possible.
Tilt the seat back towards the front
until the rear anchorages are
unlocked.
Fold the seat back onto the seat
cushion.
Place the seat in the closed position.
Exiting the third row:
Place the head restraint in the low
position.
Push control Dupwards as far as
possible.
Tilt the seat back towards the front
until the rear anchorages are
unlocked.
Fold the seat back onto the seat cushion.
Place the seat in the closed position. Table position of a side seat
Fold the corresponding seat.
Tilt the fold seat rearwards, until the
rear anchorages lock.
You now have a shelf with two cup
holders.
Folding a side seat from the table
position
Lift the seat back.
Fold as described opposite.

Removing a seat
Fold the corresponding seat.
Grasp the two bars Gunder the seat
and tighten them securely.
The front anchorages unlock.
Lift the seat and carry it using the
carrying handle H.
Refitting a seat
Check that there is no obstacle
obstructing the slides or preventing
correct locking of the seat.
Locate the front anchorages in the
slides (if necessary tighten the two
bars Gsecurely).
Tilt the folded seat towards the rear.
The rear anchorages lock.
Lift the seat back (for the centre seat,
move control E) Turning a seat round
The rear seats can be placed in the
'rearwards facing' position.
For this, after the seat has been fold
ed, carry out the removal and replac
ing operations for the seat and turn it
round.

Table position of the centre seat
Place the head restraint in the low
position.
Push control Eupwards.
Tilt the seat back forwards.
You now have a table with two cup
holders.
Folding the centre seat
Place the seat in the table position.
Lift control F
Place the seat in the closed position. This turning operation
must be carried out with
the engine switched off.
It is prohibited to sit facing
the rear when the vehicle
is being driven.
Never use the adjusting straps to
remove, refit or transport a seat.
When the vehicle is being driven,
it is prohibited to place a side seat
in the closed position, when a
passenger is sitting in the 3rd row.

Never leave a child or an
animal in a vehicle which
is exposed to the sun
with the windows closed.
Never leave the keys within reach
of children inside the car. Disarm the passenger air bag when a "rearwards facing" childseat is installed on this seat. Thechild would risk being killed orseriously injured if the air bagwere to inflate.
Strictly observe the recommenda
tions for fitting and fastening the
child seat, indicated in the instruc
tions.
From 15 to 36 kg
"Recaro Start": fitted in the rear with a threepoint seat bel t.
The height and depth of the seat back, and the length o f the seat cushion,
must be adjusted according to the age and size of your child .
"Klippan Optima": is fitted in the rear with a three–point seat belt.
Above 6 years (approximately 45 lbs or 22 kg), use the booster on it s own.
Note : when installing a child seat on a 3rd row side seat, thi s seat must be
pushed back fully.
Remember, even for short journeys, to fasten the seat belts or t he child seat
harness, keeping the slack in relation to the child's body to a minimum.
To prevent the doors from opening accidentally, use the ''chi ldproof'' lock.
Also, do not open the rear windows more than a third.
* According to current legislation.
** Unless the rear seats are already occupied by other children or t he rear seats
cannot be used (not present, folded). In this case, adjust th e front passenger
seat to the position furthest back and leave the air bag act ive.

Electric rear view mirrors

The interior mirror has two positions :

To change from one to the other,

edge of the mirror.
Areas for toll cards /
car park tickets
The athermic windscreen has two
nonreflective zones located either
side of the base of the interior mirror.
They are intended for affixing toll
cards and/or car park tickets.
Child monitoring mirror
This mirror enables the driver or front
passenger to observe all the rear
seats.
Fitted on its own ball joint and able to
retract into its housing in the roof, it
provides a panoramic view of the
rear interior of the vehicle.

REAR INTERIOR LAYOUT
1. Access handle

can and a bottle of water or for
the portable bin with ashtray
4. High load retaining net fasten ings
Open the covers of the upper
fastenings at the 3rd row.
Install the ends of the metal bar
in these fastenings.
Secure the two tray strap hooks
in the stowing rings on the floor.
Pull the two straps taut.
Secure the two hooks on the
elastic parts of the tray in these
rings.
Note: the rings are located
directly below the corresponding
upper fastenings. 5. Storage compartment

Fold the net in two.
Secure the two centre hooks in
the stowing rings on the floor.
Secure the net's remaining four
hooks on the tailgate pillars.

12. Tonneau To install it :
– position one end of the tonneau roller in the 2nd row, – compress the opposite end of
the roller and position it,
– release it to allow it to engage,
– unroll the tonneau as far as the rear shelf,
– secure the two hooks under the rear shelf,
To remove it:
– remove the tonneau hooks under the rear shelf,
– return the tonneau into its roller,
– compress it and remove it from its support at the 2nd row.
13. Rear shelf with umbrella holder
To remove the shelf:
– pull it rearward
– lift it slightly, then remove it
There are several options for
storing it:
– either hooked onto the ton neau
– or behind the seats or the rear bench seat
