FUEL TANK
Useful capacity of the fuel tank:
Approximately11 gallons
(50 litres).
There is a cap holder1on the fuel
filler flap for holding the cap when
filling the tank.
Fuel filler cap: this is of a
special type.If you have to
change it, make sure the
new cap is of the same type.
Never handle the cap near a source
of heat or a flame.
Fuel grade
Petrol version
Use fuel which corresponds to the
appropriate grade defined by the
standards in force in the particular
country you are in.
Refer to the Engine specifications
section.
Diesel versions
Use diesel fuel only. When filling
the tank, ensure that no water enters
the tank accidentally. The filler cap
and the neck must be clean and
dust-free. The fuel must be of high
quality.
Rapeseed oil must not
be used under any
circumstances. Also, do
not mix even small
amounts of petrol with diesel.

ENGINE OIL LEVEL(continued)
Topping up/filling
The vehicle must be parked on level
ground and the engine should be
cold (for instance, before the engine
is started up for the first time in the
day).- Unscrew filler cap1.
- Top up the level. (For information,
the capacity between the
minimum and maximum reading
on dipstick2is between 1.5 and 2
litres depending on the engine.)
- Wait for approx. two minutes to
allow the oil to flow into the
engine.
- Check the level using dipstick2
(as explained above).
Do not exceed themax.level and do
not forget to refit cap1.
