molla in modo che aderisca al fermo b
della puleggia dell’albero della valvola a

NOTE:
Apply the fluorochemical grease on the bear-
ings.
Fit the projection a on the throttle shaft
assembly into the slot b in the throttle posi-
tion sensor.
Make sure the stopper c of the spring fits
into the recess in the carburetor.
Turn the throttle shaft assembly left while
holding down the lever 1 5 and fit the throt-
tle stop screw tip d to the stopper e of the
throttle shaft assembly pulley.

HINWEIS:
Fluorochemisches Fett auf das La-
ger auftragen.
Den Vorsprung a an der Gas-
schieberwelle in den Schlitz b im
Gasschieber-Positionssensor ein-
passen.
Sicherstellen, daß der Anschlag c
der Feder in die Vertiefung am
Vergaser paßt.
Die Drosselwellen-Baugruppe
nach links drehen, während der
Hebel 1 5 festgehalten wird, und
die Drosselanschlagschrauben-
spitze d an den Anschlag e der
Drosselwellen-Baugruppen-Rie-
menscheibe setzen.
9. Montieren:
Stößelstange 1
HINWEIS:
Bei eingedrücktem Hebel 1 2 die
Stößelstange so weit wie möglich in
den Vergaser setzen.
10. Montieren:
Choke-Düse 1
Leerlaufdüse 2
Distanzstück 3
Nadeldüse 4
Hauptdüse 5 8. Installer:
Ensemble d’axe de papillon 1
Rondelle ordinaire (métal) 2
Rondelle ordinaire (résine) 3
Culbuteur de soupape 4
N.B.:
Enduire les roulements de graisse
fluorochimipre.
Insérer la saillie a de l’axe de
papillon dans la fente b du capteur du
papillon des gaz.
S’assurer que la butée c du ressort
rentre dans l’encoche sur le carbura-
teur.
Tourner l’ensemble de l’axe de
papillon vers la gauche tout en
appuyant sur le levier 1 5 et adapter
l’extrémité de la vis d’arrêt de papillon
d à la butée e de la poulie d’ensem-
ble d’axe de papillon.
9. Installer:
Tige de commande 1
N.B.:
Tout en appuyant sur le levier 1 2, insé-
rer la tige de commande plus profondé-
ment dans le carburateur.
10. Monter:
Gicleur de starter 1
Gicleur de ralenti 2
Entretoise 3
Puits d’aiguille 4
Gicleur principal 58. Installare:
Gruppo albero della valvola a
farfalla 1
Rondella (metallica) 2
Rondella (resina) 3
Leva valvola 4
NOTA:
Applicare il grasso fluorochimico al
cuscinetto.
Inserire la sporgenza a sul gruppo
albero della valvola a farfalla nella
fessura b nel sensore di posizione
dell’acceleratore.
Accertarsi che il fermo c della molla
alloggi nel vano nel carburatore.
Ruotare il gruppo albero della valvola
a farfalla a sinistra tenendo premuta la
leva 1 5 e far aderire la punta della
vite di arresto della valvola a farfalla
d al fermo e della puleggia del
gruppo albero della valvola a farfalla.
9. Installare:
Asta di punteria 1
NOTA:
Tenendo premuta la leva 1 2, inserire a
fondo l’asta di punteria nel carburatore.
10. Installare:
Getto dell’avviamento 1
Getto del minimo 2
Distanziatore 3
Getto a spillo 4
Getto del massimo 5

Needle valve 1

NOTE:
After installing the needle valve to the float,
install them to the carburetor.
Check the float for smooth movement.
12. Install:
Pilot screw 1
Spring 2
Washer 3
O-ring 4
Note the following installation points:
Turn in the pilot screw until it is lightly
seated.
Turn out the pilot screw by the number of
turns recorded before removing.
Pilot screw:
1-5/8 turns out (example)
13. Install:

den Vergaser montieren.
Den Schwimmer auf Leichtgängig-keit prüfen.
12. Montieren:

Folgendes beachten:
Die Leerlaufgemisch-Regulier-
schraube leicht bis zum An-
schlag eindrehen.
Die Leerlaufgemisch-Regulier-
schraube um die vor dem Ent-
fernen notierte Anzahl an Dre-
hungen herausdrehen.

sul galleggiante, montarli sul carbura-
tore.
Verificare il movimento agevole del
galleggiante.

Notare i seguenti punti di installa-
zione:
Avvitare la vite di registro del
minimo finché non appare legger-
mente alloggiata.
Svitare la vite di registro del
minimo per il numero di giri regi-
strato prima dello smontaggio.
Vite di registro del

Svitare di 1-5/8 di giro

Accelerator pump timing adjustment
Adjustment steps:
NOTE:
In order for the throttle valve height a to
achieve the specified value, tuck under the
throttle valve plate 1 the rod 2 etc. with the
same outer diameter as the specified value.
Throttle valve height:
1.25 mm (0.049 in)

stellung
Einstellschritte:
HINWEIS:
Um die Gasschieber-Höhe a auf
den vorgeschriebenen Wert zu stel-
len, das Gasschieberblech 1, die
Stange 2 usw. auf den gleichen
Außendurchmesser einziehen, wie
der vorgeschriebene Wert.
Gasschieber-Höhe:
1,25 mm (0,049 in)

Étapes de réglage:
N.B.:
Pour que la hauteur du boisseau a
reste dans la norme de la valeur spé-
cifiée, glisser sous la plaque du bois-
seau 1 la tige 2 etc. du même
diamètre externe que la valeur spéci-
fiée.
Hauteur du boisseau:
1,25 mm (0,049 in)

3 nelle fenditure a della valvola a far-
falla.
17. Installare:

Coperchio alloggiamento leva

Bullone (coperchio alloggia-
mento leva valvola) 3
18. Installare:
Sfiatatoio carburatore 1
NOTA:
Collegare lo sfiatatoio del carburatore al
carburatore stesso in modo tale che i
flessibili non si pieghino in prossimità
del punto in cui vengono montati.
Regolazione della sincronizzazione
della pompa della valvola a farfalla
Fasi di regolazione:
NOTA:
Per fare che l’altezza della valvola a
farfalla a possa raggiungere il valore
specificato, inserire sotto la piastra
della valvola a farfalla 1 l’asta 2
ecc. con un diametro esterno uguale
al valore specificato.
Altezza della valvola a far-
falla:
1,25 mm (0,049 in)

Fully turn in the accelerator pump adjust-
ing screw 3.
Check that the link lever 4 has free play
b by pushing lightly on it.
Gradually turn out the adjusting screw
while moving the link lever until it has no
more free play.
Carburetor installation

Install the projection a on the cylinder
between the carburetor joint slots b.
