During adaptation of the kick down point, "Kick down ADP in progress" will 
be indicated in display. After successful adaptation of the kick down point, 
"Kick down ADP OK" will be indicated on display.  - 
Press   button 3 times to change into display group 063.-  Depress accelerator pedal completely, past kick down point, and hold 
down.
