Therequiredcleaningandcareproductscanbe
obtained
fromanauthorizedAudidealerorau-
thorizedServiceFacility.Readandfollowthein-
structionsforuseonthepackaging.

Carwashes
Thelongerthatdepositssuchasinsects,bird

Beforewashing,rinseoffheavydepositswith
plentyofwater.
Stubborndepositssuchasbirddroppingsortree
saparebestremovedwithplentyofwateranda
microfibercloth.
Also,washtheundersideofyourvehicleonce
roadsaltstopsbeingusedfortheseason.
Pressurewashers
Whenwashingyourvehiclewithapressurewash-
er,alwaysfollowthe operatinginstructions pro-
videdwiththepressurewasher.Thisisespecially
importantinregardtothepressureandspraying
distance.Donotaimthespraydirectlyatthe

sealsonthesidewindows,doors,lidsorthesun-
roof*orattires,rubberhoses,insulatingmateri-
al,sensors*orcameralenses*.Keepadistanceof
atleast16in(40cm).
Donotremovesnowandicewithapressure
washer.
Neveruseconenozzlesorhighpressurenozzles.
Thewatertemperaturemustnotbeabove140°F
(60°C).
Automaticcarwash
Sprayoffthevehiclebeforewashing.
Makesurethatthewindowsandroof*areclosed
andthewindshieldwipersareoff.Followinstruc-
tionsfromthecarwashoperator,especiallyif

Ifpossible,usecarwashesthatdonothave

Washingbyhand
Cleanthevehiclestartingfromthetopandwork-
ingdownwardusingasoftspongeorcleaning
brush.Usesolvent-freecleaningproducts.
Washingvehicleswithmattefinishpaintby

Toreducetheriskofdamagingthepaintwhen
washing,firstremovedustandlargeparticles
fromyourvehicle.Insects,greasespots,andfin-
gerprintsarebestremovedwithaspecialcleaner
formattefinishpaint.
Applytheproductusingamicrofibercloth.Tore-

Rinsethevehiclethoroughlywithwater.Then
