Seat backrest angle
As a safety measure, seat adjustments should only be carried out when stationary.
B efore   moving   the   seat   backwards,   ensure   that   there   is   nothing   that   might   prevent   the   full

ravel   of   the   seat,   so   as   to   avoid   the   risk   of   jamming   the   seat   caused   by   the   presence   of  
o

bjects   on   the   floor   behind   the   seat   or   rear   passengers.   If   the   seat   jams,   stop   the   movement  
i

mmediately. *

Ease of use and comfort

Steering wheel adjustment
(with   power   steering)
F When stationary ,   hold   the   steering   wheel   then   lower t
he   lever   to   release   the   adjustment   mechanism.
F Adjust  the   steering   wheel   to   the   desired   height
and   then   raise   the   lever   to   lock   the   adjustment m

echanism.
For safety reasons, these operations
must   not   be   carried   out   while   driving.
Once
  these   adjustments   have   been   made,

nsure   that   you   can   see   the   instrument
 p

anel   clearly   from   your   driving   position.
Manual rear view mirror
The rear view mirror has two positions:

ight   (anti-dazzle).
To
  change   from   one   to   the   other,   push   or   pull

he   lever   on   the   lower   edge   of   the   mirror.
Correct driving position
Before taking to the road and to make the most of  t he  e rgonomics  o f  y our  d riving  p osition,  c arry

ut   these   adjustments   in   the   following   order:

ithout   going   beyond   the   point   of

Fitting roof bars
When fitting transverse roof bars, use the accessories   recommended   by   CITROËN   and  
f

ollow   the   manufacturer's   fitting   instructions.

  refer   to   national   legislation   in  
o

rder   to   comply   with   the   regulations  
c

oncerning   the   transportation   of   objects  
w

hich   are   longer   than   the   vehicle.
Maximum weight authorised on the bars,
for a loading height not exceeding 40 cm
(except bicycle carrier): 40 kg.
If the height exceeds 40 cm, adapt the
speed of the vehicle to the profile of the
road to avoid damaging the roof bars.
Changing a wiper

Fitting the front wiper blade
F Put  the   corresponding   new   wiper   blade   in  p
lace   and   fix   it.
