Instrument panel
A.With the ignition on, the fuel gauge bars for
the fuel remaining should come on. B.With the engine running, the associatedlow level warning lamp should go off.C.With the ignition on, the oil level indicator should display "OIL OK"
for a few seconds.
If the levels are not correct, top up the level
whi
ch is low.
Warning lamps
1.With the ignition on, the orange and red
warn
ing lamps come on. 2. With the engine running, these warning lamps should go off.
If a warning lamp remains on, refer to the pageconcerned.
Switch panel

Visual indicators informing the driver that a system is in operation (operation or deactivation indicator lamps) or of the occurrence of a fault (warning lamp).
When the ignition is switched on
Certain warning lamps come on for a few seconds when the vehicle's ignition is switched on.
When the engine is star ted, these same
warning lamps should go off.
If they remain on, before moving off, refer to the
information on the warning lamp concerned.
Operation indicator lamps
If one of the following indicator lamps comes on, this confirms that the corresponding system has come into operation.
Associated warnings
The illumination of cer tain warning lamps may
be accompanied by an audible signal and a
message in the multifunction screen.The warning lamps may come on continuously (fixed) or flash.

Left-hand direction indicator flashing with buzzer.The lighting stalk is pushed down.
Right-handdirection indicatorr
flashing with buzzer. The lighting stalk is pushed up.
Sidelamps
fixed. The lighting stalk is in the
"Sidelamps" position.
Hazard warning lamps flashing with audiblesignal.The hazard warning lamps switch,
located on the dashboard, has been
operated. The left-hand and right-hand direction indicators and
their associated indicator lamps flash simultaneously.
Certain warning lamps may come on
in one of two different modes. Only by relating the type of illumination to the operating status of the vehicle can itbe ascertained whether the situation isnormal or whether a fault has occurred.

Deactivation indicator lamps
If one of the following indicator lamps comes on, this confirms that the corresponding system has been switched off intentionally.
This is may be accompanied by an audible signal and a message on the multifunction screen.
Passenger's airbag system fixed. The control, located in the glove box,
is set to the OFF
position.
The passenger's front airbag is deactivated.
In this case you can install a "rear
facing" child seat.
Set the control to the ON position to activate the passenger's front airbag.
In this case, do not fit a child seat in the rear-facing position.
ESP/ASR
fixed. The button, located at the bottom
left of the dashboard, is pressed. Its
indicator lamp is on.
The ESP/ASR is deactivated.
ESP: electronic stabilit
y programme.
ASR: anti-slip regulation. Pr
ess the button to activate the ESP/ASR. Its indicator
lamp goes off.
The ESP/ASR system is activated automatically when
the vehicle is started.
If deactivated, the system is reactivated automaticallyfrom around 30 mph (50 km/h).

Anti-lockBraking System(ABS)
fixed. The anti-lock braking system has a fault. The vehicle retains conventional braking.
Drive carefully at reduced speed and contact aCITROËN dealer or a qualified workshop without delay.
Dynamic stability control(ESP/ASR)
flashing.The ESP/ASR regulation is active. The system optimises traction and improves the
directional stability of the vehicle.

ed. Unless it has been deactivated (button pressed and its indicator lamp
on) the ESP/ASR system has a fault. Have it checked b
y a CITROËN dealer or a qualified
workshop.
Engine autodiagnosis system
flashing. The engine management system hasa fault. Risk of destruction of the catalytic conver ter.
Have it checked by a CITROËN dealer or a qualified
workshop.
fix
ed. The emission control system has a
fault. The warning lamp should go off when the engine is started.
If it does not go off, contact a CITROËN dealer or qualified workshop without delay.
Braking
fixed, associated with
the STOP warning
lamp. The braking system fluid level is too
low. You must stop as soon as it is safe to do so.
Top up with brake fluid recommended by CITROËN.
If the problem persists, have the system checked by a
CITROËN dealer or a qualified workshop.

e electronic brake force distribution(EBFD) system has a fault. You must stop as soon as it is safe to do so.

Vehicle confi guration
Once the "Vehicle Configuration" menu has
been selected, you can activate or deactivate
the following equipment:
- wiper linked with reverse gear (refer to the"Visibility" section),
- guide-me-home lighting (refer to the"Visibility" section),
- parking sensors (refer to the "Driving"
section).
Options
Once the "Options" menu has been selected,
you can start diagnostics of the status of the
equipment (active, not active, faulty).
Display settings
Once the "Display settings" menu has been selected, you can gain access to the following settings:
- year,
- month,
- day,
- hour,
- minutes,

12 or 24 hour mode.

Once you have selected a setting, press

Languages
Once the "Languages" menu has been selected,you can change the language used by the display (Français, Italiano, Nederlands, Portugues,
Portugues-Brasil, Deutsch, English, Espanol).
Units
Once the "Units" menu has been selected, you can change the units of the followingparameters:
- temperature (°C or °F),
- fuel consumption (l/100 km, mpg or km/l).
For safety reasons, configuration by thedriver of the multifunction screen must only be done when stationary.
Once the fuel consumption units have been set to mpg, the information in the instrument panel screen on speed and distance will also be in mph and miles.

"Telephone" Menu
With Audio system on, once this menu is selected you can configure your Bluetooth
hands-free system (pairing), view the various
telephone directories (list of calls, ser vices...)and manage your calls (call, hang up, secondcall, secret mode...).
For more information on the "Telephone"
function, refer to the Audio system par t of the"Audio and telematics" section.
Choice of language
Once this menu has been selected, you canchange the language used by the display
(Deutsch, English, Espanol, Français, Italiano,
Nederlands, Portu
gues, Portugues-Brasil,
Türkçe * ).
For safety reasons, configuration by the
driver of the multifunction screen mustonly be done when stationary.
Display confi guration
Once this menu has been selected, you can gain access to the following settings:
- brightness-video setting,

date and time setting,
- selection of units.
Once the fuel consumption units havebeen changed to mpg, the informationin the screen relating to speed and distance also changes to mph and miles respectively.

16/9 colour screen (eMyWay)
It displays the following information automatically and directly:
- time,
- date,
- altitude,
- ambient temperature
(the value displayed
flashes if there is a risk of ice),
- check of the doors,
- warning and vehicle function status messages, displayed temporarily,
- audio functions,
- trip computer information (see the "Monitoring" section),
- satellite navigation system information.
Controls
To select one of the applications, from theeMyWay control panel: )

This menu allows you to select the language

Date and time
This menu allows you to set the date and time,
the format of the date and the format of the

- guide-me-home lighting and duration (refer
to the "Visibility" section),
- parking sensors (refer to the "Driving"section).
Units
This menu allows you to select the units:
temperature (°C or °F) and fuel consumption(km/l, l/100 or mpg).
System
This menu allows you to restore the factory configuration, display the software version and
activate scrolling text.
For safety reasons, configuration of the multifunction screen by the driver mustonly be done when stationary.
